Hitch your wagon to a star

A bird in the valley a poem by M.T. Al-Mansouri, Ph.D.

A bird in the valley is singing to your catch your attention about the courtship that is going on.
It's called mate seeking and brooding. And those calling from the sky are celebrating their harvest.
Where are those long nights, nector and pollen from the flowers? The hamming birds darting from one flower to another flower.
The pine trees and longging space created by fallen tress tells a nostalgia about the forests.
Boats and sailors sail along.
Farmers and plow and the joy of good harvest is their reward.
Love, perseverence and eagerness creat harmony. Tornados and hurricans are swirling winds of destructions, as though Jerusalem often experience them, but peace shall prevail.
Aladdin, Sinbad and Baghdad experience heavy rains of bullets and terror.
