Hitch your wagon to a star

In memory of Saif Hamid a poem by M.T. Al-Mansouri, Ph.D.

Saif Hamid is that a simple farmer who lived carrying his axe on his shoulder, plowing the ground with his teeth, and watering it with the sweat of his forehead. Building a mosque and refuge, and paying taxes right on time when there is no trust. A boy who loves the land and what is on it lived until he breathed his last. Saif Hamid is the gentle sword that made people happy with his accomplishments, as he was the race to charity. Finally, Peace be upon him on the day he was born, the day he died and the day he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection.
