An introduction to the story : Black Comedy from the Happy Land, a short story, tells us about the secret world of clandestine networks that operate by killing human beings and trafficking their organs to many countries, mainly Germany. Moreover, it explains how the criminals use deception to cover their own tracks.
Mohamed Adam, the slaughterer of the University of Sana’a, is one of the criminals. He became involved in this network through both the Yemeni and the former Iraqi regime security and intelligence. Both these organizations exploited Yemen as a place to obtain wealth, and for criminal actions. Some ministers and professors were involved in committing the crimes. These people work for Sana’a University and in both governmental and private sectors.

The issues of the disappearance of students and others continues to this day despite the execution of Mohamed Adam.

The author lived at the University of Sana'a for nearly a year and knew much about what is going on in the underground and in the minds of its intelligence. He followed and participated in the discovery of the crime with a Yemenite friend, who works in the administrative board of the University of Qatar. The author worked with some Sudanese consultants during the arrest of the assassin in order to push the issue in the right direction and to encourage the Sudanese to protect their Adam Mohamed, who is portrayed by the intelligence as both a killer and a victim.

Black Comedy from the Land Of “Arabia Flex”

It started with a police rescue and deliverance. The rallied people and displayed public were shouting in a loud voice " Rescue the Sudanese from Yemenite enormous and harsh oppression because, he ceased and dragged him to a separate prison alone until his body became weak and feeble. O cats of the villages and cities of Sudan, stir up trouble against the Yemen's rats and mice, which they filled, occupied our stores, ruined completely all our expected future and made Mohamed to dress the shroud and covered with winding sheet. Then, glorify to the great Lord that either Sudanese or Yemenis people are in complete failure. Are the cheap governors will here and answered them?"

It's their evil atrocious crime; they identified Mohamed with the only brutal, murderous and killer. Hence, my response reaction is I carried the skull, which looks similar to him aiming to prevent the repetition and continuous process of an evil in the small country called Small Princess. But his hundred and thousand, who are semi to guardsmen, snipers and insincerity hypocrites uttered in a loud shout at me. In spite of that I was insisted to asked him, who named him Mohamed, and is he the only killer?

He added he is not their only hero and knight's man.

In one hand, they added to him a descriptive name that he is looking similar to a chameleon. On the other hand, they gave to him the permission and consent to practice not only their inhuman ceremonial rites but also his cruel inhuman rites in the streets of that city, which its people are in catastrophes and affliction generation proceeding a generation.

Then in time, the delegation of the killer, murder, knight and victim came to negotiate and rescue his prey and wild man. After that, the delegation acted and treated with tribes' customs and traditions, so; they bring with them goats, cattle's and bulls armed with daggers and old swords.

As a result of this behavior, the judges, ministers and sheiks were in great pleasure and joy. Furthermore, they chanted to thank the delegation by saying: "Your goats and bulls are beautiful and adorable, they will not only reconcile and settle our disputes, resolve our retaliations, corruptions, scandals, stigmas and evil crimes, but also they will be our good examples to follow and enlighten our people. Moreover, they will be fictional for our nice theater's stages".

In addition, they ended the tragedy by their declaration that the gift of animals that the delegation offered is not only the good example of our cooperation and our mutual benefits but also for directing and to developing the individuals' and tribes' cultures and traditions. Like this the ruler of preys decided to fall down the curtain of his theater and to end the atrocious crime. While the public excited to deny and condemn the crime, and its' supporters . Then, the ruler executed Mohamed after charging him alone.

As a result of their traditions Mohamed rebirths , resurrects , incarnates and clones into Mohameds. Thus the atrocities are repeated daily before the collapse of the Great Dam of Marib.

Finally, the raven appeared, scoffed and put a curse of the black comedy of the ''Happy Land''.

The son of Abdu Al-Mutalib carried the torch of light and faith. The grandson of Abdu Al-Mutalib said that the race, espousing the son of Abdu Al-Mutalib. The support of superpowers as well as the support of other countries of the world is needed and should start immediately in order to help him to realize his mission.
I would like to tell Your Excellency to take action within government and non-government agencies as a matter of urgency in order to rush very quickly and rescue human beings.

Furthermore, evacuations of the victims of every kind of conflicts must be made to neutral state interests in civilizations, laws and non-intemperance, religious, or national nation. In addition, taking strict procedures on Yemeni’s unjust governors and the freezing of their assets, including fixed and mobile in Western and International banks.

INTRODUCTION: Finally, when you read the Murder Empire you will see many embarrassing things. This story explains how dead people occur in our daily life activities, and share with us the business, privileges, and competition of the ministries and the courts. Moreover, these dead people are participating in the democratic process and representation, and also have the burden of accountability.

The Quatrains of Rooster and the Empires : Part 4. The Rooster and Murders' Empire

There is an empire called the Empire of Death, Killing and Murder. In this empire, people are governed through the administration of illegal drugs in order to suppress their feelings of responsibility in regards to the human being, and to work aggressively against each other without mercy. Moreover, they do their fitness, business, building and other constructions at the cemetery, where "dead people" vote, elect and earn their salary and other remuneration. They share with the live people local and international aid.

One day in this empire, a woman of a disciplinary and morality system called Nooria McOwais, was killed by the regime of this Empire. After killing her, they announced her death as either a suicide or murder by relatives. Their aim was not only for inhumane activities towards this family but also to incite the family relatives to kill each other.

When her husband and son knew the evidence, they fought strongly to find the truth about the unique and secret murder of the wife and mother. This task was intricate due to multi-companies of death and murder, their parasitism on dead people as well as on living, and their ability to carry the responsibility in order to cover the truth and to work on the rule of " murders help to murderers".

Yet these obstacles did not stop the roosters to achieve their goals. Therefore, they spent a lot of money, time and effort to discover the true murderers and organizers in order to punish them by the law of humans. Moreover, they believed that the discovery of the truth needs adventure.

The first adventure was with the company called The Fox Company of Death and Murder. The roosters accessed the company and it appears aggressive and has a readymade programme to marry with the younger rooster, take money and when they listened for the incidents they changed the sequence order of the rooster's mother's murderers. Their offer was a cozenage, so the rooster rejected their plan and decided to access the second company of death and murder called Cobra.

The Cobra Company of Death and Murder offered a financial bribe, shot-gun married and they took the responsibility of the rooster's mother's murderers, and it was a delusion, so their plan was rejected by the rooster and he preferred to ask another company, which is called the Spider.
Later on, the rooster accessed the Spider Company of Death and Murder and they presented money, demonologically married and replaced another mother and wife for the roosters. The roosters knew their illusionary plan and objected to it and favored another adventure.

Another adventure was with the Minorities and Majorities of the forest. It took much of the money, lot of effort, and all of them took the blame for the killing the mother's rooster on them.

Finally, the rooster associated and lined up with the Lion Company and together they found the secret of killing the mother and the wife of the roosters, and knew that her death was a cause for several national and international effects to enlighten the World of the Forest.

At the end, the death of the roosters' mother and the wife was recognized by the Enlighten World and by the Standby Lion as martyrdoms of renovation to the forest, and her family and relatives will govern it.

لست أدري من أين أبدأ مقالي عن عاشق الأفخاذ وقت الشدائد والمحن الا وهو الرئيس الفرنساوي نيكولا ساركوزي، فلقد رمى هذا السيد بكل مبادئ الثورة الفرنسية وكذلك كل القيم الاخلاقية والمتمثلة بالحرية والعدل والاخاء والمساواة واحترام القوانين والدساتير الى محيطه، اتحاده المتوسطي الجديد الملوث بكل ميكروبات وفيروسات الدهر ليطفو هو الاخر فوق تلك المخلفات ويستمتع بروائحه ويتغذى من بقايا اجساده، فالسيد الفرنساوي مصاب بداء العظمة والشيزوفرينيا، فهو المتجاهل لأصوله المهاجرة، ويمارس العلو والتمييز ضد المهاجرين الذين قدموا الى فرنسا بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، وشاركوا في بنائها وتشييدها، ففرنسا تتجاهل حقوق المهاجرين الاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية، وترمى بعيوبها وعجزها على ظهر ذلك الحلف المسمى باتحاد المشرق الاوسطي الجديد.

ونرى أن الحجاب اصبح لفرنسا أهم قضايا العصر وكذلك للدول ذات الرصيد الأخلاقي السيء وللدول الجاهلة والمتجاهلة لتعاليم الدين الذى اساسه الله الحق والعدل والحرية من اجل رفاه البشرية في الحياة الدنيا والآخرة. فالرفاه والخلود الابديان هما محصلة لمجموع المفاهيم والانعكاسات للفهم البشري العام والخاص وهذا الفهم يخضع ويتأثر ويتشكل ويتبلور في عدة أشكال وصور واطياف واظلال تبعاً لمصالح الأنظمة السياسية وحبها للمال والنفوذ والسلطة، فاذا سعد العقل والجسد، فالروح تلقائياً مصيرها السعادة والخلود!

فرنسا تتناسى حقوق أنسالها وحقوق المواطنيين المهاجرين ومن أهم تلك الحقوق هي الغاء التمييز العنصري ونبذ العنف وعدم ممارسة قتل النفس البشرية خاصة منها السوداء و الملونة وأيجاد حلول للبطالة , وما مظاهرة العمال والفلاحين الا دليل على نفوق السياسة والدعاية التي تتبعها حكومة فرنسا .

غطرسة فرنسا ضد شعوب العالم الثالث وجرائمها في إفريقيا على سبيل المثال : الجزائر وروندا أضافة الى ذلك مشاركتها في اعمال غير اخلاقية ومنها خطف أو قتل علماء او مفكرين أو ثوريين, ففرنسا اختلط حابلها بنابلها ولم تعد تهتم باخلاق الدولة المتحضرة ولايهمها الا مصالح بعض المستنفذين والمستغلين لجهد الانسان وماله وفكره ومنهم بعض الفرنسيين , أو قادة العالم الثالث.

ففرنسا قتلت واغتالت زعماء إنسانيين كرماء ونسكا واتقياء وعلى راسهم الشهيد الراحل إبراهيم الحمدي واخيه وشابتان فرنسيتان في صافية صنعاء في الحادى عشر من أكتوبر عام 1977م , فاذا كان في صفاء صنعاء تقتل النفس فماذا يحدث في لاصفاء صنعاء القبلي والبعثي والاسلامي وكذلك في باريس و في القارة الافريقية!.

لقد ضحت فرنسا ظاهرياَ بشابتان لكى تجني ثروة لكنها فقدت الكرامة والعزة والشرف والأمانة وفقدت الأمن والثروة والبارجة النفطية واسواق العطور, كذلك جنت الخطف والجرئمة المنظمة والغير منظمة من نفس العصابة التي قتلت الشهيد الحمدي واخيه وكذلك الحال حصل مع السعودية وامريكا والعراق فالمثل يقول " الخيانة تاتي من من تثق بهم وهم لايحملون المواصفات الاخلاقية ومن المنافقين المقربين للهئيات العلياء". فهذا ماحصل لامريكا والكويت وفرنسا والسعودية من دعمهم اللامحدود لعراق الطاغية صدام وهذا ما يحصل الان مع نظام صنعاء الجائر وماسيحدث من قتال في الشرق الاوسط بين امريكا وتحالف الغرب ضد اسرائيل نتبجة لخيانتها لهم أمنياً وتكنولوجياً وأستخدام أراضيهم اوكار لصراعاتها مع الاثنيات الاخرى فالخيانة والمكر لاينتجان الا خراب ودمار لفاعليهما.

كل وسائل الأعلام المسموعة والمرئية والمقرواة الفرنسية واليمنية لم تعط الجماهير أي معلومات عن الشابتان الفرنسيتان, ولم تعرف الجماهير الا بعض الشائعات وكذلك بعض من شارك أو شاهد أو دبلج وفبرك الوقائع و الاحداث أكدوا للجماهير أن الشابتان الفرنسيتان هما شذراء وعلوم السروريتان.

ارتعب سكان قدس الحجرية عندما وصل اليهم الخبر ولكنهم استغربوا لأن الحكومة وأجهزات الأمن والحكومة لم يقبضوا على على السيدتان الفلاحتان , وأكثر الناس أعتقدوا بأن الفرنسيتان هما مواطنات من الجزائر أو تونس او المغرب او موريتانيا.

بعد بضع سنوات الحكومة اليمنية الجائرة قبضت على ابن قدس عيسى الناصري ومجموعة كبيرة من الحوريون أنصار الله الشرفاء وقتلتهم ودفنتهم على حسب الاخبار في باريس والبعض الاخر يقول بانهم اختطفوا من قيبل قبائل مثلث برمودا ومازالت جثمان الناصريين والحواريين مخفية لوقتنا الحاضر.

العالم اصبح عاجز أن يحقق في الجرائم لان السلطة الرابعة ترغب في عولمة الجرئمة وتلعب على الاذهان من أجل خلق عجز لم يسبق له مثيل في كسر مناصرة الحقوق وتجريم المجرم لتؤكد القول العسكري " الحسنة تخص والسئية تعم" .

ومن عجائب الحادي عشر من سبتمبر عام 2001م , تعيين السيدتان شذراء وعلوم السروريتان على رأس قائمة المعينيين من قيبل الحكومة اليمنية لمكافحة الارهاب بالتنسيق مع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية .

وعندما قرأة الخبر بخصوص هذا التعيين أصبت بالذهول وسئلت نفسي هل هناك من سر من اختيارالحكومة للمتهمتان بقتل الشهداء الحمدي وعيسي الناصري ورفاقهم لهذا المنصب. بالطبع ليس الا المزيد من الخداع والحيل من أجل المزيد من التمويه لأخفاء جرائم النظام وكذلك من أجل الاستمرار في نفس النهج المتمثل بالقتل والارهاب واستنزاف موارد الوطن بالباطل واجهاد القوات المسلحة والأمن في الحماية الاسطورية لشخص الرئيس والمسئوليين الذين مارسوا القتل والنهب والفساد وارتكبوا كل الموبقات.

ومن اجل دبلجت الاحداث وفبركتها خرجت القبائل تنشد موالها الشهير " دفيس الدفيس علوم وشذراء السروريتان تكافحان الارهاب يالله ياللطيف , نعم للديك نبائعه لحكم البلاد والعباد ونقتسم معه الرغيف ."

رفض الديك الاغراءت لأن أثناء المبائعة أظهرت معظم القبائل عدم رغبتها بالعيش المشترك والحياة الكريمة كما اكدوا بانهم يرغبون في الحصول على الامتيازات والمكافأت والمساعدات الخارجية من غير اي جهد يذكر أو يبذل. ثم أضافوا له قائلين "أن ارتكاب الجرائم فيه الرزق والغنائم".

حينها هز الديك لهم ذيله وفرد جناحيه وتحول الى صقر يطير عالياَ في سماء الفضيلة واللاقتل يكافح ويدعو الخالق أن يطهر قومه في الدنياء قبل الآخرة.

Hudak Announces Bill to Help New Canadians Build their Careers and Create Jobs in Ontario

Ontario PC Leader Tim Hudak today shared details of his upcoming Newcomers Employment Opportunities Act. The act includes practical and affordable measures to help new Canadians find employment and create jobs in Ontario.

Hudak’s bill would lower the investment threshold for any immigrant investor who is looking to open a business outside of the Greater Toronto Area. In addition, the bill would provide new tax incentives for employers who pay for English and French language training for new Canadian employees. Finally, Hudak’s bill would require every Ontario regulated profession to provide potential immigrants with affordable and comprehensive access to credentialing information.

Hudak, who also serves as Ontario PC Citizenship and Immigration critic released the details of his bill after meeting with prominent business leaders from several of Ontario’s multicultural communities at the Mississauga Seniors’ Centre.

In 1879, Mary Baker Eddy founded The Church of Christ, Scientist "to commemorate the word and works of our Master, which should reinstate primitive Christianity and its lost element of healing. (Church Manual)" First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Ottawa, like all Christian Science churches around the world, is a branch of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. Every branch church has its own distinct democratic government. An Executive Board is elected from the membership, and committees are appointed to carry out the activities of the church.

History

The seeds of this church were planted in 1888 when several local residents, after earnest prayer to God for healing, were healed by Christian Scientists. In the 1890s, the Christian Science community of Ottawa faced many challenges. Although the new students and converts were enthusiastic, they were working somewhat in the dark. The whole movement was evolving out of old theological thought. A focus on God rather than persons was required. Also, better organization was needed in line with the evolving Manual of The Mother Church written by the church Founder and Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

Thus it was that a group of Christian Scientists met December 26, 1899, to formally organize the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Ottawa. In the minutes of that important meeting we read this verse from Isaiah: "The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined" (9:2).

A number of schemes for a new building were put forward, but a building in the Classic Italian Style was decided upon, using Ohio Sandstone, which was described as "the most durable and preserves its colour best of all the available stones." Ohio Sandstone ashlar would face walls, pillars, pilasters, and pedestals. Canadian Art Stone would be used for moulded work, cornices, and capitals. This stone "so nearly imitates the Ohio Sandstone as to be practically undetectable while its durable qualities are similar." Foundations on front and sides would be covered by a native limestone ashlar. The back foundation would be the best selected rubble stone. The front steps would also be native limestone, "sawn and bushed." Windows would be of cathedral glass. The inside finish would be the same as in Union Station (present Conference Centre), which opened in 1912, and the floor would be of softwood covered with cork carpet.

Work began on the site with the demolition of the existing dwelling in early April 1913. The new foundation was finished and work began on the superstructure early in June, with the laying of the cornerstone in the northeast corner of the church at 5:30 a.m. on July 14, 1913. Several items were placed in a copper box in the stone. The church finally had its first service on February 22, 1914, and was dedicated free of debt on March 23, 1919.

A 1994 newspaper article on church architecture in the city described the church edifice as "a defiant monument to classical enlightenment amid the ubiquitous Gothic revival spires" (John Ibbitson, Citizen, Sept. 3, 1994). Ibbitson noted that older architecture of 19th century Ottawa belongs to the Gothic revival period, and quoted Caroline Guay, an architectural technologist, as saying that this church edifice represents "one of the best examples of Palladian revival in the city." According to Ibbitson, "The Gothic revival movement sought to emulate the medieval;... the neoclassical (or Palladian revival) sought to celebrate ancient Rome and Greece."

CBC: July 19, 2010: Thousands of Afghan soldiers and police are patrolling Kabul, trying to secure the capital for a major international conference set for Tuesday.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are among the officials and diplomats from 60 countries who will attend the one-day meeting where Afghan authorities will try to showcase the progress their country is making in its painful journey to self-security.

Securing the capital won't be easy. A suicide bombing in Kabul on Sunday killed three people and a Taliban bomb-making expert was captured in the capital on Friday.

At a peace conference in May, militants attacked security forces and managed to land a rocket about 100 metres from the meeting site.

Many Afghans are skeptical that Tuesday's conference will change the daily reality of suicide bombings and war. Many foreign countries - Canada included - have been critical of the corruption and incompetence that plagues Afghanistan's corridors of power.

But the UN's top diplomat in Afghanistan, Staffan de Mistura, said the West is ready to hand over power to Afghans.

"They are more prepared than before," he said. "Don't forget. Afghanistan is made of very proud people who feel extremely strongly about managing their own future."

Insurgency mounts counteroffensive

The conference attendees hope to see enough progress in how Afghanistan is securing the insurgency to allow them to continue with their plans to withdraw foreign forces.

But the conference comes at a time when the Taliban insurgency is growing increasingly brazen.

The Taliban are mounting a counteroffensive aimed at the Afghan government and a coalition of international troops. NATO and Afghan forces have been aggressively moving into areas controlled by the Taliban.

Last month, 103 foreign soldiers - including four Canadians - were killed in Afghanistan, making it the deadliest month for international forces since they were first deployed in the country nine years ago.

Another 56 NATO soldiers have died so far this month - including an American killed Monday by a bomb blast in southern Afghanistan.

China passes U.S. as top energy consumer

For the first time in more than a century, a country other than the United States consumed more energy than any other nation, as China grabbed the top spot last year.

CBC NEWS:July 19, 2010 : For the first time in more than a century, a country other than the United States consumed more energy than any other nation, as China grabbed the top spot last year.

Citing data from the International Energy Agency, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday that China was the world's most voracious consumer of energy in 2009.

China consumed 2,252 million tonnes of "oil equivalent" last year, topping the U.S. tally of 2,170 tonnes by roughly four per cent.

Oil equivalent is the term the IEA uses to bring all forms of energy into a comparable form, including crude oil, nuclear, coal, natural gas, hydroelectricity, wind and solar power.

China was forecast to overtake the U.S. at some point over the next decade. But the global recession appears to have sped up the process as its economy continued to expand at a double-digit pace while the U.S. economy declined and oil consumption flatlined.

Only 10 years ago, China's energy consumption was half that of the United States.

"The fact that China overtook the U.S. as the world's largest energy consumer symbolizes the start of a new age in the history of energy," IEA chief economist Fatih Birol was quoted as saying.

China had already passed the United States as the world's largest polluter several years ago.

With a population of a little over 300 million, the United States still uses much more energy, per capita, than China does.

In terms of the use of crude oil specifically, the IEA says the United States remains well out in the lead, consuming some 19 million barrels per day. But China's economy relies on coal for much of its electricity generation, and its crude consumption is also climbing from its current level of just over nine million barrels per day.

China's electricity demand is forecast to increase by 1,000 gigawatts over the next 15 years - equivalent to the U.S.'s total electricity output at the moment.

India train crash death toll hits 61

Last Updated: Monday, July 19, 2010 | 12:58 PM ET : The Associated Press: A speeding express train plowed into a stationary passenger train in eastern India on Monday, killing 61 people in a crash so powerful it sent the roof of one car flying onto an overpass.

Officials said they could not rule out sabotage.

Residents crawled over the twisted wreckage trying desperately to free survivors before rescue workers arrived with heavy equipment to cut through the metal.

Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee, who rushed to the site, raised the possibility the crash could have been another case of sabotage, two months after Maoist rebels were blamed for a derailment that killed 145 people.

"We have some doubts in our mind" about whether it was an accident, she said.

The crash happened about 2 a.m. local time when the Uttarbanga Express slammed into the Vananchal Express as it left the platform at Sainthia station, about 200 kilometres north of Calcutta.

The accident destroyed two passenger cars and a luggage car, turning them into a tangle of twisted metal. The passenger cars were reserved for those on the cheapest tickets and such carriages are usually packed to capacity.

The force of the crash was so intense the roof of one car flew into the air and landed on an overpass above the tracks. Local residents climbing through the debris searching for survivors were later joined by rescue workers using heavy equipment to cut through the metal.

"I was sleeping when I felt a huge jolt and heard a loud noise and then the train stopped," passenger Lakshman Bhaumik told local television. Bhaumik survived with minor injuries.

Rescuers recovered 61 bodies from the crash site and 125 other people were injured, said Surajit Kar Purkayastha, a top police official. The two drivers of the Uttarbanga Express were among the dead, Banerjee said.

Local residents help survivors

Rescue teams arrived about three hours after the accident, local residents said. Before that, locals scrambled to help survivors out of the trains and pull out bodies.

"For many hours it was just the local residents helping and it was very difficult to help without any equipment," the unidentified man told NDTV television channel.

Police official Humayun Kabir told NDTV, however, rescue workers reached the site within an hour of the crash.

Bhupinder Singh, the top police official in West Bengal, said the death toll could rise. He said it was too early to know how many people remained inside the coaches.

India's federal Home Ministry rushed several hundred members of the National Disaster Relief Force to the accident site to assist with search-and-rescue operations, a government statement said.

The disaster was the second major train crash in the state of West Bengal in the past two months. On May 28, a passenger train derailed and was hit by an oncoming cargo train in a crash that killed 145 people. Authorities blamed sabotage by Maoist rebels for that crash.

Accidents are common on India's sprawling rail network, one of the world's largest, with most blamed on poor maintenance.

CBC NEWS: July 19,2010: Barack Obama urged Republican lawmakers to support a bill that would extend emergency benefits to millions of unemployed Americans on Monday. In a press conference at the White House Rose Garden he blasted Republican critics for their "lack of faith in the American people."

"These are honest, decent, hard-working folks who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own," Obama said. "The same people who didn't have any problems spending money on tax breaks for the richest Americans are saying we shouldn't offer benefits to middle-class Americans."

Unemployment in the United States is at 9.5 per cent, and benefits for millions of Americans have dried up in recent months. The issue of temporarily extending emergency unemployment benefits has come up three times in recent weeks, but Republican senators have blocked it each time.

Obama has described the bill as crucial to rebuilding the economy, but Republican critics say they won't support it unless it is paid for through the budget and not through deficit spending.

"It's time to stop holding workers laid off in this recession hostage to Washington politics," Obama urged.

The unemployment benefits bill is scheduled for another vote tomorrow in the Senate.

July 1, 2010 : Queen Elizabeth told 100,000 people on Parliament Hill on Thursday that she could think of no better reason to celebrate than Canada's 143rd birthday.

The Queen was spending her first Canada Day in Ottawa since 1997.

At 84, the Queen said she has witnessed more than half of Canada's national history and praised what Canada stands for.

"This nation has dedicated itself to being a caring home for its own, a sanctuary for others and an example to the world," she said.

The monarch earned a roar of applause when she mentioned a Canadian moment of pride - the gold medal win for Canada's men's Olympic hockey team. The Queen also praised the commitment of the Canadian Forces, and said Canada has reason for optimism, even in trying times.

An estimated 100,000 party-goers packed Parliament Hill, compared with 35,000 last year.

Many of the thousands arrived before dawn to ensure a front-row seat to see, and perhaps meet, the Queen during her walkabout scheduled for later in the day.

The Queen spent Wednesday night at her official residence in Canada, Rideau Hall, and then sat for an official portrait on Thursday morning.

With her personal Canadian flag flying from the Peace Tower, the Queen was honoured with a flypast by CF-18 jetfighters and another by the aerobatic Snowbirds, as well as a march-past by the Guard of Honour.

The Queen was serenaded by Canadian artists including Quebec pop star Isabelle Boulay, bagpipers the Campbell Brothers, the Barenaked Ladies and the Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir.

She was also lauded by a host of luminaries, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper, actor Christopher Plummer and figure skater Joannie Rochette, who received a warm round of applause from the spectators, many decked out in red and white.

"Thank you for being there for me in my times of joy and sadness," said Rochette, who skated to a bronze medal in the Vancouver Olympics, just days after the sudden death of her mother.

"I had the sense that all of Canada was cheering us on," she said in French.

Canada Day celebrated abroad

In England, thousands of people flocked to Trafalgar Square in London for Canada Day.

"Every year we have had 30,000 to 50,000 people that come to the square over the course of the day," said Canadian High Commissioner James Wright. "It's a showcase of what's best about Canada."

The festivities opened with a performance by the Canadian Tenors and included street hockey competitions. Visitors got to meet Mounties and see a totem pole being carved.

Canadian wine, beer and Tim Hortons coffee were all on tap. Canadian music played all day, and the festivities will culminate in a huge concert in the evening. Visitors could also enjoy bison burgers.

Gov. Gen. Michaëlle Jean celebrated Canada Day far from home.

Jean was at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, China, where she made a speech, led a maple leaf flag-raising ceremony and enjoyed some beef from home at the Canadian pavilion.

Canadian troops in Afghanistan celebrated the nation's birthday by munching on hamburgers and hotdogs. Many wore red and white and listened to Bryan Adams tunes.

I am glad to send to your Honourable Minister and Ambasador this letter in reference to the previous 17 political and fictional articles published in Al-Mistakable Weekly Newspaper. These articles were published in issues from Montreal, Canada in Volumes Nos. (525, 529,531,532-541,545,548 and 549), 2002. The documents, which are related to the historical period of the Yemenite Civil War of 1994, and other several sources of information regarding humanitarian activities to stop the war were all in attempts to restore peace in that region.

In addition to those documents, a prophecy was told regarding terrorism and crimes committed internationally, which were documented in the fingerprints and footsteps (i.e., the fingerprints and footsteps are used to symbolize the ability to forecast terrorism and crimes) of Sir Al-Mansouri M.T.; the Canadian Prophet and descendent of the Al-Mansouri and Al-Sourorri tribes. These tribes are one of the aboriginal groups recently discovered to have settled in the Arabian desert city called Al-Jaharah, which is one of the cities of the State of Kuwait. Land grabbing has its economic implications: Access to land and violent conflicts in Africa have economic as well as political implications. Thus, because of the economic and political implications, Land represents security and economic confidence. Therefore, reforms in land ownership must be implemented so that the landless may also have a share in land tenureship.

CHAPTERS 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 . Adress democracy and economic development issues towards sustainability as well as identifying culprits of development retardation; IADF’s strategies for regional economic development; development modalities. Modalities that need to be adopted by African governments are such as: import substitution model strategies, export lead growth industrialization, emulation of Chile’s example, Mexico’s example, the adoption of India’s software industry style, Japan’s Export Growth Model, importance of an Industry’s location, and other infrastructural development modalities. Address issues arising from economies that are driven without democracy and security. And the importance of approaching sustainable development with single currency

CHAPTERS 8,9and10 . Address the benefits of single currency, the importance of printing single currency within Africa and emphasis upon how assets for banking system through IADF should be implemented.
CHAPTERS 11, 12, 13 & 14 . Address how establishing free trade can impact economic growth in neighbouring countries. One of the modalities of approaching such trading policies is the Harmonization of consumer price indices; harmonization of continental trade indices with emphasis on Terms of trade, which is an index of the price of a country's exports in terms of its imports. “The terms of trade are said to improve if that index rises”; modalities for harmonizing trade indices. Trade harmonization is an equal treatment among trading partners; and how world trade affects poor nations’ economy and how to avert from goods dumping.

CHAPTERS 15, 16,17,18,19,20,21,22&23. Addresses how trade imbalances are defined by unfair trade, issues pertaining to trade-related intellectual property rights (TRIPS), Political issues with emphasis on Governance issues and Guidance, theories behind the Inter-African development fund (IADF), issues as to whether an all-African senate political system will help solve Africa’s political instabilities?; emphasis on infrastructure development and how this will impact economic development; questions authorities, as to whether governments are part of the problems and solutions? Questions how disparate and desperate are African nations? How disparity can be narrowed between the rich and the poor or whether other alternatives can be applied? And makes analysis on how adopting Ricardo’s comparative advantage may impact manufacturing and then how it may lead to sustainable economic development of the regions.

CHAPTERS 25,26,27 & 28. addresses natural resources, as conflicting resources; what are the factors and ambivalence to African problems? Emphasis on health crises in Africa with the advent of HIV/AIDS and encouraging new ideas and discoveries in health sciences in which claims for cure of HIV/AIDS have been pronounced, which is something Africa could take pride in.
The major challenges African governments will face are the issues of globalization and the internal self-inflicted oppressive forces of bad politics. Governments must resolve land issues that generate political as well as economic issues. Also, whether or not blocs of nations can envision solidarity economics; implement political union and economic independence through economic democratization, as there are some economic blocs that already exist.

This book postulates inventive or innovative philosophies for African governments, environmentalists, entrepreneurs, commercial farmers and peasants on how to enhance their attitudes in participating in the corridors or as insiders of globalization. Also, it makes comparative analysis of development trends in Africa to those in other developing countries and what developed countries can offer African countries with regard to industrial as well as technological developments in order to achieve sustainable economic development of the regions.
The major areas this book has addressed include GLOBALIZATION AND ENVIRONMENT, which lays emphasizes on the need for Protection of resources (Chapter 1) Benefits of economic integration (Chapter 2). Also, it tackles issues of Globalization that is currently under criticism (Chapter 3), and addresses Environmental issues (Chapter 4).

In the area of AGRICULTURE, how can Sustainable agricultural development be achieved? (Chapter 5)

CHAPTERS 6,7,8,9,10,11& addresses issues of Bio-piracy and intellectual property rights; how Revolutionizing agriculture will impact food production; how Revolutionizing agriculture with comparative methods can impact agricultural production in Africa; how new water treatment technologies can impact agricultural development as well as human health. This includes piping methods that needs to be adopted by African governments. For example using vinyl pipes in water transfer is safer than corrosive iron pipes. The need for use of Greenhouse technologies in Africa is highly recommended, which will impact vegetable production in providing citizens with nutritive food throughout the year. This will eliminate food-related illnesses among poor population if mass production is achievable and food prices are relatively affordable for the poor. It will be the duty of the African governments to feed her people, but not always expect food from the industrialized countries. The need for use of organic nutrients for agricultural development is vital and how Mechanization of agriculture in Africa can impact food production both on small and large scale.

A number of approaches that can lead to sustainable development include: The need for stopping wars is of paramount importance because wars squander resources (i.e. Too much money is used in alleviating war induced catastrophe), management of the environment, and being conscious about environmental issues. African governments must budget for an array of industrial revolution through indigenous corporations [See also appendix for a list of manufacturing companies from which African governments with their entrepreneurs can purchase heavy industrial machinery and adopt some of the appropriate technologies from industrialized countries]. Also, in being conscious of the benefits of economic integration, what impacts will globalization have on their economies if governments, entrepreneurs, etc. ignore their rights in the global arena? With regard to agriculture, what will the need for revolutionizing agriculture with comparative methods become in food production? How will new water treatment technologies impact public health and food production?

The need for revolutionizing overall industrial sectors of various sectors is the key to alleviating poverty, as governments and corporations produce sufficiently for mass consumption. In addition, the need to recognize that rule of law and good governance are the keys to regulating levels of corruption.

SECURITY: What will security mean to economic stability in African countries? Chapters 13-15 address security issues. The need for maintaining security in all African countries will be the key to economic stability, as free trade and mobility of businessmen and women can guarantee rise in competitiveness index in terms of trade or in stimulating economic growth in neighboring countries. The recognition that killing can destabilize governments is the notion that military industrial complex from arms race have taken control of governments or have fostered rebellions in African countries. African governments must now recognize that their countries must be in the drivers’ seat and not to be driven by imperial centres that impose policies to protect their own interests through cartel groups with regards to economic development policies towards sustainability.

TECHNOLOGY: CHAPTERS 16-21. Address technology issues that will impact African governments’ and their private sectors in achieving sustainable economic development.

The major challenges for African countries to evolve with sustainable economic growth will depend upon establishing free trade, maintaining peace and political stability, resource protection, environmental engineering and management.

Also, the need for training indigenous population in use of new technologies in order to enhance an overall industrial revolution in the entire continent will have promising impact towards sustainable economic development.
