Canada, Ottawa, July 3rd , 2009. M.T. Al-Mansouri,Ph.D. Launched the website of Ottawa International Poets and Writers for Human rights. The website contains audio-visual patterns and numerous of sections. It is the title of innovation and subjectivism, and is an international and independent electronic newspaper. The Mission and Goals of OIPWHR: It was established to: A. provide strong ties and build bridges among the nations to realize a true and complete peace in our World. B. enhance the human knowledge and spread it among nations as well as to advance peoples' abilities, skills and intellectual levels aiming to decrease poverty and crime. It is linked through various online and off line international professional journalists, scientists, and writers. All political and intellectual movements are welcome. OIPWHR is your free electronic magazine issues from Ottawa. Transparency and accountability are our Methods. Articles signed represent the authors' opinions.
