A Survey on Beliefs Relating to Death and Life After Death

The purpose of this survey is to write a book about death, reincarnation, resurrection or any kind of Life After Death, a subject of interest to many of us, whether that is life in spirit and soul only after death. I M.T. Al-Mansouri, Ph.D. have decided to co-author this book based on scientific data that is representative of a wide cross-section of Canadians and beyond. Therefore, the survey will make the contents of the book factual or very close to reality. What happens to us after death is becoming more and more a subject of discussion among people of different religious denominations and atheists alike?
