(1 ) لا تصالحْ! ..ولو منحوك الذهب أترى حين أفقأ عينيك ثم أثبت جوهرتين مكانهما.. هل ترى..؟ هي أشياء لا تشترى..: ذكريات الطفولة بين أخيك وبينك، حسُّكما - فجأةً - بالرجولةِ، هذا الحياء الذي يكبت الشوق.. حين تعانقُهُ، الصمتُ - مبتسمين - لتأنيب أمكما.. وكأنكما ما تزالان طفلين! تلك الطمأنينة الأبدية بينكما: أنَّ سيفانِ سيفَكَ.. صوتانِ صوتَكَ أنك إن متَّ: للبيت ربٌّ وللطفل أبْ هل يصير دمي -بين عينيك- ماءً؟ أتنسى ردائي الملطَّخَ بالدماء.. تلبس -فوق دمائي- ثيابًا مطرَّزَةً بالقصب؟ إنها الحربُ! قد تثقل القلبَ.. لكن خلفك عار العرب لا تصالحْ.. ولا تتوخَّ الهرب! (2) لا تصالح على الدم.. حتى بدم! لا تصالح! ولو قيل رأس برأسٍ أكلُّ الرؤوس سواءٌ؟ أقلب الغريب كقلب أخيك؟! أعيناه عينا أخيك؟! وهل تتساوى يدٌ.. سيفها كان لك بيدٍ سيفها أثْكَلك؟ سيقولون: جئناك كي تحقن الدم.. جئناك. كن -يا أمير- الحكم سيقولون: ها نحن أبناء عم. قل لهم: إنهم لم يراعوا العمومة فيمن هلك واغرس السيفَ في جبهة الصحراء إلى أن يجيب العدم إنني كنت لك فارسًا، وأخًا، وأبًا، ومَلِك! (3) لا تصالح .. ولو حرمتك الرقاد صرخاتُ الندامة وتذكَّر.. (إذا لان قلبك للنسوة اللابسات السواد ولأطفالهن الذين تخاصمهم الابتسامة) أن بنتَ أخيك "اليمامة" زهرةٌ تتسربل -في سنوات الصبا- بثياب الحداد كنتُ، إن عدتُ: تعدو على دَرَجِ القصر، تمسك ساقيَّ عند نزولي.. فأرفعها -وهي ضاحكةٌ- فوق ظهر الجواد ها هي الآن.. صامتةٌ حرمتها يدُ الغدر: من كلمات أبيها، ارتداءِ الثياب الجديدةِ من أن يكون لها -ذات يوم- أخٌ! من أبٍ يتبسَّم في عرسها.. وتعود إليه إذا الزوجُ أغضبها.. وإذا زارها.. يتسابق أحفادُه نحو أحضانه، لينالوا الهدايا.. ويلهوا بلحيته (وهو مستسلمٌ) ويشدُّوا العمامة.. لا تصالح! فما ذنب تلك اليمامة لترى العشَّ محترقًا.. فجأةً، وهي تجلس فوق الرماد؟! (4) لا تصالح ولو توَّجوك بتاج الإمارة كيف تخطو على جثة ابن أبيكَ..؟ وكيف تصير المليكَ.. على أوجهِ البهجة المستعارة؟ كيف تنظر في يد من صافحوك.. فلا تبصر الدم.. في كل كف؟ إن سهمًا أتاني من الخلف.. سوف يجيئك من ألف خلف فالدم -الآن- صار وسامًا وشارة لا تصالح، ولو توَّجوك بتاج الإمارة إن عرشَك: سيفٌ وسيفك: زيفٌ إذا لم تزنْ -بذؤابته- لحظاتِ الشرف واستطبت- الترف (5) لا تصالح ولو قال من مال عند الصدامْ ".. ما بنا طاقة لامتشاق الحسام.." عندما يملأ الحق قلبك: تندلع النار إن تتنفَّسْ ولسانُ الخيانة يخرس لا تصالح ولو قيل ما قيل من كلمات السلام كيف تستنشق الرئتان النسيم المدنَّس؟ كيف تنظر في عيني امرأة.. أنت تعرف أنك لا تستطيع حمايتها؟ كيف تصبح فارسها في الغرام؟ كيف ترجو غدًا.. لوليد ينام -كيف تحلم أو تتغنى بمستقبلٍ لغلام وهو يكبر -بين يديك- بقلب مُنكَّس؟ لا تصالح ولا تقتسم مع من قتلوك الطعام وارْوِ قلبك بالدم.. واروِ التراب المقدَّس.. واروِ أسلافَكَ الراقدين.. إلى أن تردَّ عليك العظام! (6) لا تصالح ولو ناشدتك القبيلة باسم حزن "الجليلة" أن تسوق الدهاءَ وتُبدي -لمن قصدوك- القبول سيقولون: ها أنت تطلب ثأرًا يطول فخذ -الآن- ما تستطيع: قليلاً من الحق.. في هذه السنوات القليلة إنه ليس ثأرك وحدك، لكنه ثأر جيلٍ فجيل وغدًا.. سوف يولد من يلبس الدرع كاملةً، يوقد النار شاملةً، يطلب الثأرَ، يستولد الحقَّ، من أَضْلُع المستحيل لا تصالح ولو قيل إن التصالح حيلة إنه الثأرُ تبهتُ شعلته في الضلوع.. إذا ما توالت عليها الفصول.. ثم تبقى يد العار مرسومة (بأصابعها الخمس) فوق الجباهِ الذليلة! (7) لا تصالحْ، ولو حذَّرتْك النجوم ورمى لك كهَّانُها بالنبأ.. كنت أغفر لو أنني متُّ.. ما بين خيط الصواب وخيط الخطأ. لم أكن غازيًا، لم أكن أتسلل قرب مضاربهم أو أحوم وراء التخوم لم أمد يدًا لثمار الكروم أرض بستانِهم لم أطأ لم يصح قاتلي بي: "انتبه"! كان يمشي معي.. ثم صافحني.. ثم سار قليلاً ولكنه في الغصون اختبأ! فجأةً: ثقبتني قشعريرة بين ضعلين.. واهتزَّ قلبي -كفقاعة- وانفثأ! وتحاملتُ، حتى احتملت على ساعديَّ فرأيتُ: ابن عمي الزنيم واقفًا يتشفَّى بوجه لئيم لم يكن في يدي حربةٌ أو سلاح قديم، لم يكن غير غيظي الذي يتشكَّى الظمأ (8) لا تصالحُ.. إلى أن يعود الوجود لدورته الدائرة: النجوم.. لميقاتها والطيور.. لأصواتها والرمال.. لذراتها والقتيل لطفلته الناظرة كل شيء تحطم في لحظة عابرة: الصبا - بهجةُ الأهل - صوتُ الحصان - التعرفُ بالضيف - همهمةُ القلب حين يرى برعماً في الحديقة يذوي - الصلاةُ لكي ينزل المطر الموسميُّ - مراوغة القلب حين يرى طائر الموتِ وهو يرفرف فوق المبارزة الكاسرة كلُّ شيءٍ تحطَّم في نزوةٍ فاجرة والذي اغتالني: ليس ربًا.. ليقتلني بمشيئته ليس أنبل مني.. ليقتلني بسكينته ليس أمهر مني.. ليقتلني باستدارتِهِ الماكرة لا تصالحْ فما الصلح إلا معاهدةٌ بين ندَّينْ.. (في شرف القلب) لا تُنتقَصْ والذي اغتالني مَحضُ لصْ سرق الأرض من بين عينيَّ والصمت يطلقُ ضحكته الساخرة! (9) لا تصالح فليس سوى أن تريد أنت فارسُ هذا الزمان الوحيد وسواك.. المسوخ! Blackwater Founder Implicated in Murder of Iraqis by Jeremy Scahill

A former Blackwater employee and an ex-US Marine who has worked as a security operative for the company have made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statements filed on August 3 in federal court in Virginia. The two men claim that the company's owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince "views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe," and that Prince's companies "encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life." In their testimony, both men also allege that Blackwater was smuggling weapons into Iraq. One of the men alleges that Prince turned a profit by transporting "illegal" or "unlawful" weapons into the country on Prince's private planes. They also charge that Prince and other Blackwater executives destroyed incriminating videos, emails and other documents and have intentionally deceived the US State Department and other federal agencies. The identities of the two individuals were sealed out of concerns for their safety. These allegations, and a series of other charges, are contained in sworn affidavits, given under penalty of perjury, filed late at night on August 3 in the Eastern District of Virginia as part of a seventy-page motion by lawyers for Iraqi civilians suing Blackwater for alleged war crimes and other misconduct. Susan Burke, a private attorney working in conjunction with the Center for Constitutional Rights, is suing Blackwater in five separate civil cases filed in the Washington, DC, area. They were recently consolidated before Judge T.S. Ellis III of the Eastern District of Virginia for pretrial motions. Burke filed the August 3 motion in response to Blackwater's motion to dismiss the case. Blackwater asserts that Prince and the company are innocent of any wrongdoing and that they were professionally performing their duties on behalf of their employer, the US State Department. The former employee, identified in the court documents as "John Doe #2," is a former member of Blackwater's management team, according to a source close to the case. Doe #2 alleges in a sworn declaration that, based on information provided to him by former colleagues, "it appears that Mr. Prince and his employees murdered, or had murdered, one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information, to the federal authorities about the ongoing criminal conduct." John Doe #2 says he worked at Blackwater for four years; his identity is concealed in the sworn declaration because he "fear[s] violence against me in retaliation for submitting this Declaration." He also alleges, "On several occasions after my departure from Mr. Prince's employ, Mr. Prince's management has personally threatened me with death and violence." In a separate sworn statement, the former US marine who worked for Blackwater in Iraq alleges that he has "learned from my Blackwater colleagues and former colleagues that one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information about Erik Prince and Blackwater have been killed in suspicious circumstances." Identified as "John Doe #1," he says he "joined Blackwater and deployed to Iraq to guard State Department and other American government personnel." It is not clear if Doe #1 is still working with the company as he states he is "scheduled to deploy in the immediate future to Iraq." Like Doe #2, he states that he fears "violence" against him for "submitting this Declaration." No further details on the alleged murder(s) are provided. "Mr. Prince feared, and continues to fear, that the federal authorities will detect and prosecute his various criminal deeds," states Doe #2. "On more than one occasion, Mr. Prince and his top managers gave orders to destroy emails and other documents. Many incriminating videotapes, documents and emails have been shredded and destroyed." The Nation cannot independently verify the identities of the two individuals, their roles at Blackwater or what motivated them to provide sworn testimony in these civil cases. Both individuals state that they have previously cooperated with federal prosecutors conducting a criminal inquiry into Blackwater. "It's a pending investigation, so we cannot comment on any matters in front of a Grand Jury or if a Grand Jury even exists on these matters," John Roth, the spokesperson for the US Attorney's office in the District of Columbia, told The Nation. "It would be a crime if we did that." Asked specifically about whether there is a criminal investigation into Prince regarding the murder allegations and other charges, Roth said: "We would not be able to comment on what we are or are not doing in regards to any possible investigation involving an uncharged individual." The Nation repeatedly attempted to contact spokespeople for Prince or his companies at numerous email addresses and telephone numbers. When a company representative was reached by phone and asked to comment, she said, "Unfortunately no one can help you in that area." The representative then said that she would pass along The Nation's request. As this article goes to press, no company representative has responded further to The Nation. Doe #2 states in the declaration that he has also provided the information contained in his statement "in grand jury proceedings convened by the United States Department of Justice." Federal prosecutors convened a grand jury in the aftermath of the September 16, 2007, Nisour Square shootings in Baghdad, which left seventeen Iraqis dead. Five Blackwater employees are awaiting trial on several manslaughter charges and a sixth, Jeremy Ridgeway, has already pleaded guilty to manslaughter and attempting to commit manslaughter and is cooperating with prosecutors. It is not clear whether Doe #2 testified in front of the Nisour Square grand jury or in front of a separate grand jury. The two declarations are each five pages long and contain a series of devastating allegations concerning Erik Prince and his network of companies, which now operate under the banner of Xe Services LLC. Among those leveled by Doe #2 is that Prince "views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe": To that end, Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy, knowing and wanting these men to take every available opportunity to murder Iraqis. Many of these men used call signs based on the Knights of the Templar, the warriors who fought the Crusades. Mr. Prince operated his companies in a manner that encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life. For example, Mr. Prince's executives would openly speak about going over to Iraq to "lay Hajiis out on cardboard." Going to Iraq to shoot and kill Iraqis was viewed as a sport or game. Mr. Prince's employees openly and consistently used racist and derogatory terms for Iraqis and other Arabs, such as "ragheads" or "hajiis." Among the additional allegations made by Doe #1 is that "Blackwater was smuggling weapons into Iraq." He states that he personally witnessed weapons being "pulled out" from dog food bags. Doe #2 alleges that "Prince and his employees arranged for the weapons to be polywrapped and smuggled into Iraq on Mr. Prince's private planes, which operated under the name Presidential Airlines," adding that Prince "generated substantial revenues from participating in the illegal arms trade." Doe #2 states: "Using his various companies, [Prince] procured and distributed various weapons, including unlawful weapons such as sawed off semi-automatic machine guns with silencers, through unlawful channels of distribution." Blackwater "was not abiding by the terms of the contract with the State Department and was deceiving the State Department," according to Doe #1. This is not the first time an allegation has surfaced that Blackwater used dog food bags to smuggle weapons into Iraq. ABC News's Brian Ross reported in November 2008 that a "federal grand jury in North Carolina is investigating allegations the controversial private security firm Blackwater illegally shipped assault weapons and silencers to Iraq, hidden in large sacks of dog food." Another former Blackwater employee has also confirmed this information to The Nation. Both individuals allege that Prince and Blackwater deployed individuals to Iraq who, in the words of Doe #1, "were not properly vetted and cleared by the State Department." Doe #2 adds that "Prince ignored the advice and pleas from certain employees, who sought to stop the unnecessary killing of innocent Iraqis." Doe #2 further states that some Blackwater officials overseas refused to deploy "unfit men" and sent them back to the US. Among the reasons cited by Doe #2 were "the men making statements about wanting to deploy to Iraq to 'kill ragheads' or achieve 'kills' or 'body counts,'" as well as "excessive drinking" and "steroid use." However, when the men returned to the US, according to Doe #2, "Prince and his executives would send them back to be deployed in Iraq with an express instruction to the concerned employees located overseas that they needed to 'stop costing the company money.'" Doe #2 also says Prince "repeatedly ignored the assessments done by mental health professionals, and instead terminated those mental health professionals who were not willing to endorse deployments of unfit men." He says Prince and then-company president Gary Jackson "hid from Department of State the fact that they were deploying men to Iraq over the objections of mental health professionals and security professionals in the field," saying they "knew the men being deployed were not suitable candidates for carrying lethal weaponry, but did not care because deployments meant more money." Doe #1 states that "Blackwater knew that certain of its personnel intentionally used excessive and unjustified deadly force, and in some instances used unauthorized weapons, to kill or seriously injure innocent Iraqi civilians." He concludes, "Blackwater did nothing to stop this misconduct." Doe #1 states that he "personally observed multiple incidents of Blackwater personnel intentionally using unnecessary, excessive and unjustified deadly force." He then cites several specific examples of Blackwater personnel firing at civilians, killing or "seriously" wounding them, and then failing to report the incidents to the State Department. Doe #1 also alleges that "all of these incidents of excessive force were initially videotaped and voice recorded," but that "Immediately after the day concluded, we would watch the video in a session called a 'hot wash.' Immediately after the hotwashing, the video was erased to prevent anyone other than Blackwater personnel seeing what had actually occurred." Blackwater, he says, "did not provide the video to the State Department." Doe #2 expands on the issue of unconventional weapons, alleging Prince "made available to his employees in Iraq various weapons not authorized by the United States contracting authorities, such as hand grenades and hand grenade launchers. Mr. Prince's employees repeatedly used this illegal weaponry in Iraq, unnecessarily killing scores of innocent Iraqis." Specifically, he alleges that Prince "obtained illegal ammunition from an American company called LeMas. This company sold ammunition designed to explode after penetrating within the human body. Mr. Prince's employees repeatedly used this illegal ammunition in Iraq to inflict maximum damage on Iraqis." Blackwater has gone through an intricate rebranding process in the twelve years it has been in business, changing its name and logo several times. Prince also has created more than a dozen affiliate companies, some of which are registered offshore and whose operations are shrouded in secrecy. According to Doe #2, "Prince created and operated this web of companies in order to obscure wrongdoing, fraud and other crimes." "For example, Mr. Prince transferred funds from one company (Blackwater) to another (Greystone) whenever necessary to avoid detection of his money laundering and tax evasion schemes." He added: "Mr. Prince contributed his personal wealth to fund the operations of the Prince companies whenever he deemed such funding necessary. Likewise, Mr. Prince took funds out of the Prince companies and placed the funds in his personal accounts at will." Briefed on the substance of these allegations by The Nation, Congressman Dennis Kucinich replied, "If these allegations are true, Blackwater has been a criminal enterprise defrauding taxpayers and murdering innocent civilians." Kucinich is on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and has been investigating Prince and Blackwater since 2004. "Blackwater is a law unto itself, both internationally and domestically. The question is why they operated with impunity. In addition to Blackwater, we should be questioning their patrons in the previous administration who funded and employed this organization. Blackwater wouldn't exist without federal patronage; these allegations should be thoroughly investigated," Kucinich said. Yemeni Regime protects the American-Yemenite terrorist, who killed a Medical Doctor

On Sunday January 18th, 2009, Dr. Derhem dead after being unconscious for around 22 days now he is in the field of the Lord among the immortals. Usually, the martyrs write and work with their consciences and bloods, and the criminals and terrorists are free and active in the universal human being forest. Because the killer in the case of murdered Doctor Derhem Al-Qadasi is an American citizen and a drug addict as well as has active in terrorist activities but also gangs. Hence, legal actions must be taken against the murder and terrorist group by the United State Government for instance withdraw the American citizenship from them and from their supporters. Moreover, I advise Americans, to study carefully the murder’s background in order to minimize the terrorist actions of all members of the killer’s family and community in the States of America in order to minimize terrorism and the criminal activity. The Doctors Without Borders should to consider denying Yemeni government, it’s medical skills, until the killer of the medical Doctor Al-Qadasi Derhem is arrested. I refer my letter to all brothers, doctors and intellectuals in the Arabic World and overseas to work as a team on the cause of the late Dr. Derhem Al-Qadasi until the murders are arrested and brought to trial. My dear friend Derhem , the shadow and the amiable person, bloods suckers are the terrorists would not live us for a moment as long as your people are not struggling for their civil rights and are only dreaming of chewing the drug “ Khat”. As you knew “ we drink a malady every day from the holy valley, to bleed a cure for the owner of the House. But their cruel hearts do not recover from our blood and the blood of the future and last generations.” Finally, peace upon you on the day you was born, the day you of your death and on the day you shall be raised alive. Short Biography of Dr. Derhem Al-Qadasi: He was born in Qadas, the village that located around 75 km from Aden and 130 km from Taiz, and he studied medicine in Poland. He died young. During his studies, he wrote his reflections as well as short essays and stories in the Newspaper called “June 13th”, issued by the Nasserite Popular Unionist Organization in Poland. He wrote about tolerance of religions, homeland, unity, the need to change for the better, as well as about oppression and authority and the law of the jungle. Crime’s tackle and causes: On Saturday December 27th, 2008, 18 members armed tribal men broke into the Science and Technology Hospital in the capital city of Yemen, Sana’a, and attempted to murder Dr. Derhem Al-Qadasi, the Acting Head of the Intensive Care Unit at the Technology Hospital. Dr. Al-Qadasi received a threatening call from relatives of an 80-year-old patient after he informed them of his death. According to the hospital manager, the 80-year old patient was suffering from multiple diseases e.g. heart and kidney failure, and diabetes. The tribesmen, who come from Rada’ district of Dhamar about 100 kilometers South of Sana’a and some have American citizenships. Yet, they support the terrorist acts in Yemen and abroad due to their attitudes and traditions. Therefore, they brought some of their terrorist members and broke into the hospital soon after receiving the news. According to the cameras and observers, eight from the terrorist group infiltrated the Intensive Care Unit and stabbed Dr. Al-Qadasi in his back, which caused damage to his right lung and main arterial vessels. Hence, Al-Qadasi underwent four complicated operations but nevertheless remained in critical condition. The killer, Yousof Al-Muflihi, is still at large, because of the deterioration of security in the state of Yemen. Consequently, Yemenite doctors and other intellectuals both have been on strike since Saturday in protest against the attack on Dr. Derhem Al-Qadasi and demand the arrest of the attackers. Consequently, an assortment of doctors and friends of Al-Qadasi met with the Prime Minister and the Head of Al-Shura Council to prompt them to consider about the horrible situation that the citizens of Yemen suffering in general and Doctors and intellectuals in particular. The Prime Minister as well as other government members promised to take action and bring the attackers to justice as usual, yet they do not do anything due to their participations in criminal activities.

وكالات:الاحد 23 اغسطس/اب 2009: قال بيان صادر عن الحكومية اليمنية انه تم اكتشاف اكثر من 100 جثة للحوثيين لقوا مصرعهم في معارك مع الجيش اليمني ، بينهم قائدان بارزان. وورد في انه تم "اكتشاف أكثر من 100 جثة لعناصر حوثية على جوانب الطرقات خارج مدينة حرف سفيان، وهي على ما يبدو لعناصر فرت من القتال العنيف الذي دار حول مدينة سفيان لتطهيرها وتم ملاحقتها عبر الطرقات المؤدية الى صعدة." واشار بيان الحكومة الى ان اثنين من قادة الحوثيين وهما محسن هادي القعود وصالح جرمان قتلا في منطقة حرف سفيان بمحافظة عمران وان اخرين اعتقلوا. في هذه الاثناء تتحدث مصادر عن عشرات الالاف من اللاجئين اليمنيين الذين فروا من مناطق القتال وهم يعيشون الان في ظروف مأساوية للغاية ، خاصة مع حلول شهر رمضان الذي له خصوصيته عند اليمنيين.

المتحذلق والمعضلة اليمنية

حدثتني خالتي عن فاطمة وقالت : فاطمة تهدر هدير السيل أثناء المطر، تروي القصص وقصصها الذاتيه. تعجب الناس وقالوا لله درك فاطمة . إلا القلة الذين يعتقدون بأنها تتفاخر بمجدها القديم والجديد. صرخ أحدهم قائلا بأن فاطمة هي احمد شوربان - شخصية بطولية واسطورية وهزلية. ذات يوم وفي المقيل عندما كان المجتمعون يمضغون أفيون القات- نبات مخدر من الدرجة الرابعة, فجأة أذا بصديقي يضغط على زر الريموت كونترول فأذا بفاطمة تهل وتقبل ، يالها من "ساحره وفاتنه. لكنها قرداء ومتلعثمه . فجاءة تصرح بأن لها خبراء من الجن والأنس . أرسلت بعضهم إلى المانيا وطلب الغرب البقية. الخبراء يجتمعون ويحطمون حائط برلين ، بسرعة الجن تتوحد المانيا وتندمج كل المؤسسات . قال إحدهم هدمنا الجدار وبعناه قطعة قطعة من أجل الأقتصاد ولكى نطمس معالم الماضي الأليم وسنبني بديلا له ملعب رياضي للأجيال.القادمة . وأذا بأخر منهم مقهقها قائلا: الحكمة يمانية والبلد المانية، ماذا عن عدن وصنعاء . أجيب بأنهم أرسلوا الى بلدان الغير لاصلاح شئونهم مع ضربة ريح بعد تخزينة قات صوطي - نوع من أنواع أفيون القات. يصر خبراء فاطمة على مواصلة العمل فيشقون الطرق لتتسع أكثر المباني والمصانع تشيد والمزارع تزرع والأرض تخضر ويزيد ألأنتاج ويسعد ألأنسان. بشر العالم مندهشون قائلين: أن خبراء فاطمة هم جن سليمان يالها من معجزة! أقبلت حفصاء حاملة المنكوب - وعاء من القش على رأسها ذاهبه إلى الحقل قبل موعد الذري، تسأل الرعيان عن: المهاجر والمغترب: أجابوها: بأنهم ماتوا بالصحراء عطشا. المراعي والحقول: تزداد يبسا وتصحر. البلد: على الهاوية. الثوار: يقتلوا ويشردوا ويعذبوا ويسرحوا ومنهم ما بين المطرقة والسندان ومنهم من أستسلموا. الأمن: لا أمن ولا أمان ولا نزاهة لهم, وحدث ولاحرج. العدل : بعين وعين زجاجية. المصانع: عطور الروضة وروائحها المعفنه التي تقزز المشاعر و"الغزل والنسيج" و عمنا هائل. المشاريع: مياه تعز وقصر الشعب من الخارج ومشاريع وهميه اخرى . المنجزات: مستشفيات وشوارع ملئية بالسل والأوبية الأخرى. الطرقات: ملئية بالقمامة والحفر والمطبات والحواجز العسكريه. المدارس: لاتربية ولاتعليم الهدف منهاتجهيل منظم وغير معلن من ألأمام الجديد. الضمان الاجتماعي : عسكري وامني عالى المستوى . الحرية والديمقراطية والاخاء والمساواة: كلام معسول وقبلية من النوع الردي وتكنوقراط عسكري يعملان بعشوائية وفوضويةمنظمه وتكتيك خداعي اجرامي فاق المستوى الوحشي لطمس الهوية الأنسانية وأبادة للشعب وأرثه الانساني. السعادة والرخاء والأزدهار: ترى وتلاحظ في اعين وجبين أهل بلدي وفي وجوههم ذات العظام الناكعة والمرتاحين أكثر من هذا وذك الخبراء الأمنيون الذين زاد عددهم ايام لجمهوـ ملكية عن ايام الملكية بما يقارب المليون في المئه. البترول والمعادن: عملية حسابيه خمسين بخمسين . الدين والثقافة والأخلاق والقانون الأنساني الأخلاقي : حرفت ودنست وأستبدلت بمبادى مسيلمة الكذاب والمسيح الدجال ودستور الأرض المحروقه. المستقبل: سراب في سراب. ترى من أرسل الخبراء والبلد بأمس الحاجة اليهم ؟ عين العدل الزجاجية فمن وراء الزجاج ياسادة ؟ ولله الحمد. للعزة والمجد يقول الديك للملأ : قفوا وسبحوا وهللوا لمملكة الديك والهدهد . قفوا واثقين في معبد الشمس معبدكم. الشمس التي لم تكن يوما لكم وستكون لكم عن قريب.

تقرير الناشط والكاتب الصحفي لطفي شطارة عن حرب صعدة ومعنوية الجيش اليمني ودور المرتزقة وتجار الحروب

أظهرت الأحداث الأخيرة خلال الحرب التي أعلنها الرئيس اليمني علي عبدالله صالح في صعدة بحجة القضاء على جماعة أنصار الحوثي ، بأن هناك انقسامات كبيرة بين قادة الجيش اليمني بسبب أهداف الحرب وأسلحة الحوثيين والزج بطيارين عراقيين للقيام بعملية القصف العشوائي إتباعا لسياسة الأرض المحروقة التي يتبعها صالح لاستئصال الحوثيين حسب زعمه ، والذين وصفهم بـ" السرطان " ، فقد كشفت مصادر عسكرية في صنعاء لـ" عدن برس " أن الحوثيون يسيطرون على عدة مواقع هامه في الملاحيط وحرف سفيان وقد وقعت اشتباكات عنيفة في الملاحيط خلال اليومين الماضيين ، نافيا بذلك ادعاءات الحكومة اليمنية التي قالت قبل أيام بأنها على وشك ان تدك أخر أوكار الحوثيون . اذ تفيد المعلومات بأن الانقسام كشفته عملية سحب العميد ثابت جواس القائد الجنوبي قواته والعودة بمن تبقى منها الى معسكره في باجل ، اذ شعر جواس أن هناك من في القيادة العسكرية من يريد الدفع بالجنوبيين الى المحرقة ، في الوقت يفر الجنود والضباط الشماليين من ساحة المعركة او يستسلمون لأنصار الحوثي ، وكشفت المصادر لـ" عدن برس " بأن العميد جواس كان قد تلقى أوامر بمهاجمة مواقع للحوثيين ، وان المساندة سيجدها أمامه ، إلا ان جواس وعند الهجوم فوجئ بعناصر الحوثي وليس وبقوة المساندة التي وعد بها ، مما أدى إلى فقدانه لعدد من جنوده المهاجمين ، وقد شعر جواس بالغدر من قبل كبار القادة الشماليين له ، وبعدها غادر الملاحيط وسحب من تبقى معه من جنود الى معسكره في باجل. كما أن كتيبة جنوبية قد تم محاصرتها من جبهة بين صعدة وبين حرف سفيان خلال اليومين الماضيين، وبعد استغاثة الى وزارة الدفاع والى اللواء 119 الذي يقوده فيصل رجب لم يتم الاستجابة إليها فقد وقعت في أسر الحوثيين الذين استقبلهم عبدالملك الحوثي ، وحسب مصادر خاصة لـ" عدن برس " فقد قال الحوثي : " يجب ضيافتهم 4 أيام وبعدها نرجعهم إلى معسكرهم بعد تعهدهم بعدم محاربتنا، فهم جنوبيين وليس بيننا وبينهم شيء " ، وكان هذا دليل على الطريقة التي يعامل فيها الرئيس اليمني الجنوبيين في الجيش في جعلهم وقودا لمحرقة لا لهم فيها ناقة او جمل . ووصفت المصادر زيارة الرئيس اليمني لبعض جبهات القتال جاءت لرفع معنويات الجيش المنهارة بسبب الانقسامات الكبيرة بين قادته حول أهداف الحرب ، بعد هروب كبير للجنود من ساحات المعركة او استسلامهم للحوثيين ، ودللت المصادر اعتماد الرئيس اليمني على الاستخدام المفرط لسلاح الجو الذي يشارك فيه طيارين عراقيين من بقايا الجيش العراقي السابق ، لإخفاء التقهقر البري للجنود ، كما يعزز ذلك عملية التجييش لرجال القبائل والزج بهم تحت شعارات وطنية لتغطية هذا الفشل العسكري . وقالت المصادر أن الطيارين العراقيين يقصفون بعشوائية وارتكبوا جرائم ضد المدنيين ، كما أنهم لا يعرفون الخريطة الجغرافية للمناطق في اليمن ، حيث قال المصدر بأن طيارا عراقيا ضربا منطقة في محافظة شبوة الجنوبية تحمل نفس الاسم الذي تحمله منطقة في محافظة صعدة وهي مسرح العمليات العسكرية . وقالت المصادر أن هذا التورط لبقايا الجيش العراقي السابق في الحرب الدائرة في صعدة دفع بنواب في البرلماني العراقي الى الضغط على حكومة بلادهم والى المطالبة باستعادة العراقيين الموجودين في صنعاء من كبار الضباط العسكريين وقيادات في حزب البعث العراقي السابق ، وقالوا أن تورط بقايا جيش صدام في حرب داخلية في اليمن يسيء الى العراق والشعب العراقي الذي يرتكبون باسمه جرائم حرب نيابة عن نظام الرئيس اليمني علي عبدالله صالح . وتأتي هذه التطورات بعد أعلن الحوثيين إحكام سيطرتهم على (موقع ذو صيفان) في (مديرية سفيان بمحافظة عمران) وتم أسر 80 جندي والاستيلاء على كل ما في الموقع من معدات ومؤن عسكرية . ويقول الحوثييون أن الطيران قصف اليوم ولليوم الثاني على التوالي ورغم التحذيرات الدولية من المجازر التي يرتكبونها (الحيرة وسفيان والمدينة)، وضرب الطيران (مناطق تهامة وغافرة غارب المسلم والملاحيط ) وتقصف طائرات الميج بقنابل متفجرة وقنابل سامة . كما انسحب الجيش من (مواقع الفرش ومحديدة والمفراخ والعروس)، في (مديرية سحار بمحافظة صعدة) بعد حصار لفترة طويلة، وبعدما أتت لجنة الوساطة للتفاوض من أجل إخراجهم. ورأت مصادر عسكرية في صنعاء أثناء حديثها لـ" عدن برس " بأن الموقف العسكري ضعيف ، وأن الرئيس صالح متناقض في تصريحاته ، ففي الوقت الذي يقول الرئيس اليمني أنه أقترب من دك أخر معاقل من وصفهم بـ " الشرذمة " من الحوثيين ، فأنه يعرض أمس عليهم مجددا الهدنة والشروط الستة التي كانوا قد رفضوها لتمسكهم بمبادرة الدوحة العام الماضي التي وقعها عن النظام اليمني كل من مستشار الرئيس صالح الدكتور عبدالكريم الارياني والعميد علي محسن الأحمر قائد الفرقة الاولى مدرع . وهذا التناقض يكشف حقيقة الاهتزاز والانهيار الذي يواجهه الجيش اليمني الذي أوقعه الرئيس في حروب ستة في صعدة هي للحفاظ على مقاليد حكمه لليمن والتي تجاوزت العقد الثالث ، وقد أستخدم صالح كل أساليب الكذب والخداع لجيرانه من أجل ابتزازهم ماليا وادعاءه انه يخوض حربا نيابة عنهم من اجل وقف المد الشيعي الذي تغذيه ايران ، فقد عين صالح منذ فترة ليست بطويلة تاجر السلاح اليمني المشهور فارس مناع شقيق محافظ محافظة صعدة حسين مناع ، عينه كوسيط بين السلطة والحوثيين ، ويرى مراقبين أن تعيين مناع وهو تاجر سلاح هدفه التعرف عن قرب على الحوثيين ، وأنه هو من قام بشراء الأسلحة الإيرانية عبر سماسرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ، وقام مناع بإدخالها وتخزينها في أماكن مختلفة في كهوف الجبال بصعدة ، حتى يأتي اليوم الذي يعلن فيه الرئيس اليمني نجاح الفيلم عن حصول الحوثيين على أسلحة من إيران ، ويعرضها كدليل لابتزاز جيرانه ماديا كما فعل صدام حسين في ابتزاز الكويت في حربه مع ايران ، ولتبرير استخدامه المفرط للقوة لأمريكا والغرب سياسيا . وتستغرب المصادر في تقبل دول الجوار لكل الأكاذيب التي يمررها رئيس النظام اليمني علي عبدالله صالح الذي يرتبط بعلاقات قوية مع ايران ، ففي الوقت الذي يتهم الحوثيين بأنهم ينفذون مهمة لايران ، فأن التساؤلات كثيرة ومن مراقبين غربيين عن المهمة التي يلعبها صالح نفسه في المنطقة لصالح إيران وضد جيرانه ، وأرجعت ذلك الى الزيارة التي قام بها رئيس البرلمان الإيراني علي لاريجاني الذي قدم هدايا للرئيس صالح أثناء زيارته لصنعاء في شهر مايو الماضي ( كما هو ظاهر في الصورة صالح يتسلم أجود أنواع السجاد الإيراني المعروف عالميا ) والتي وافق فيها صالح على قبول قوات إيرانية بحرية لمراقبة القرصنة ، هذا المعلن من الاتفاق ، اما المخفي من الإعلان فقد يكون هو سيناريو الحرب هذه التي يريد صالح ابتزاز جيرانه بعد أن غسلت قطر يدها من الوساطة التي كانت قد توصلت من خلالها الى اتفاق بين الحوثيين ونظام صالح ، وهو ما كشف عن أسباب انسحاب قطر من الوساطة عندما قال الشيخ حميد الاحمر في لقاء أجرته معه قناة الجزيرة مؤخرا ، بأن قطر رفضت دفع مبلغ 500 مليون دولار للرئيس اليمني مقابل تنفيذ الاتفاق لاعادة اعمار صعدة ووقف الحرب فيها . ويبقى مما ذكر سلفا أنها حرب عبثية يمارسها النظام الحاكم في صنعاء لجلب الدمار لبلاده ، والزج بالجنوبيين بها للتخلص منهم ومن ما تبقى من القيادات الميدانية الجنوبية مثل العميد ركن جواس والعميد ركن فيصل رجب والعميد ركن جهاد علي عنتر والعميد ركن عمر علي العيسي قائد اللواء 103 والعميد ركن أحمد عاطف من يافع قائد اللواء العاشر في الحرس الجمهوري الذي زجوا به في الحرب قبل أسبوع ، فستبقى هذه حرب رجل واحد عبث بكل مقدرات اليمن ، ويرتكب جرائم إبادة بحق الآلاف من أبرياء صعدة كمدنيين والآلاف من The Druze in Israel; Identity and Challenges by Mr. Said Naffaa

The Druze in Israel The Druze sect, as it is known, is a Middle Eastern religious minority group. Ethnically and culturally they are Arab; their ethnic origin goes back to the original Arab clans living in the region, and their religious origin as an Islamic reform movement goes back to the 11th Century. The sect developed in Egypt as an offshoot of Shi’a Isma’ilism under the rule of the sixth caliph of the Fatimid dynasty of Egypt, Alhakim Biamrillah (AD 966-1020). Worldwide, there are approximately 1.3 million Druze, who live mainly in Syria (approx. 50%), Lebanon (approx. 40%), Jordan (approx. 1%), and Israel (approx. 5%). The Druze community living in Israel resides in eighteen mountainous villages in the north of the country. In 2007, the Druze community in Israel numbered approximately 96,000 souls (approx. 1.4% of Israel’s population; approx. 7% of the Arab minority). In 1948, they numbered approximately 13,200 souls, which is about 9% of the remaining 156,000 Palestinians after the Naqba and establishment of Israel. The majority of the Palestinians, including the Druze, who remained in the area being controlled by the new state were residents of the part of Palestine that was supposed to be part of the Palestinian state, in accordance with U.N. resolution of November 2, 1947, or were people who had been removed forcefully from the Jewish section, or who have been received by Israel from Jordan according to the Rhudos Agreements of 1949. Israel considered this a dangerous demographic problem, and their main issue was: How to deal with this minority? Israel was aware of the consequences of recognizing these people as a national minority because such recognition meant that Israel would have to give them national rights according to international law. Furthermore, it could not transfer them as it had previously done with the rest of the Palestinian population, because under the aforementioned 1949 Rhudos Agreement, Israel had received additional land held by Jordan in the area of the Mouthalath. In exchange for receiving the land, Israel had agreed to receive the populations who resided, and are still, on that land. Therefore, it has dealt and still deals with them, not as a national and unified minority, but as groups of minorities according to their religious and sectarian groups. This gives them religious rights, but not equal citizenship or human rights as an indigenous population. The more dangerous treatment was the old doctrine of "divide-and-rule." Israel implemented a policy that aimed at dealing with the sects separately. It took the small sects and imposed special policies on each in order to separate them from the other sects of the population. At times, Israel even created contradictory interests between them when it suited its aims. The Druze were, of course, part of this environment, and they were the first sacrifice of this policy, followed by other small sects like the Circassians. Israeli policy has aimed at recasting the Druze religious identity as a national identity, thus separating and alienating them from other Arab citizens of Israel. In the words of Ya’acov Shimoni, an early Foreign Ministry official, Israel would use the Druze as “the sharp blade of a knife to stab in the back of Arab unity.” In 1951, the Israeli Parliament (The Knesset) legislated the Compulsory Military Service Law, which stated that every Israeli citizen must be mobilized in the "IDF," whatever his national identity. This law also authorized the Israeli government to exempt certain individuals or groups for individual, religious, or national reasons, and so it exempted all the non-Jewish sects and the rigorous religious Jews. This exemption lasted until 1956 when the Israeli authorities decided, according to its aforementioned policy of divide-and-rule, to repeal the exemption of the Druze and the Circassians. Since 1956, military service has been compulsory for the Druze and Circassians, unlike the other indigenous populations living in Israel, in complete disregard for their nationalist and religious feelings. It is absurd that the religious feelings of the Jews have been taken into account, but the religious feelings of the Druze have been ignored! While the decision for compulsory service is routinely described as a request by the Druze leaders to serve, documents related to the decision remain classified and shrouded in a cloud of secrecy. The documents that have been released demonstrate that this story is not true, although there is no denial that some of the leaders did cooperate with the state's institutions in order to enhance their own personal interests. The majority of the Druze rejected this policy understanding that the mobilization of the Druze youth was the last step in the Israeli authorities plan to separate the Druze from their people and nation as part of a political agenda, not because of a military need. The position of the majority of Druze is supported by official classified documents recently released by Israeli Authorities showing that of the 470 young Druze men of military age at the time of the decision only 27% actually joined the Israeli military. Days has shown that the abovementioned agenda was actually only the first important step. In order to deepen the wound of the "sharp knife's blade" the next step came a short time later in the attempt to transform the Druze from being a part of the Arab nation, into a separate national group by cutting their cultural roots and effacing their national and cultural remembrance. This policy was implemented by the authorities in coordination with a few of the community's leaders and educators who were serving their own personal interests. No one asked the average Druze whether he accepted this policy or not; he was forced to comply. Opponents of the policy objected then, and have continued to object ever since. The state has responded with imprisonment of resisters and harassment and disruption of those who campaign against the policy. The opponents have done their best to stop this policy, especially the compulsory service requirements, but they have not yet succeeded despite enormous efforts. However, they have succeeded in keeping the issue on the agenda of the Druze community and of the State as a major human rights issue. They have faced different kinds of repression executed by the authorities and those in league with them. They have paid a high price; over the years thousands of youngsters have gone to jail, some of them for many years because they refused their mobilization orders and resisted this inhuman policy. I, myself, and my four sons are an example! In 1962, “Druze” became a distinct identity on national identity cards, as opposed to “Arab.” Between 1948 and 1962, two-thirds of Druze agricultural land was confiscated by Israel despite the above-described policy. Israel’s educational policies have always consisted of separate Jewish and non-Jewish curricula. They are separate and unequal in terms of funding and resource allocation. In 1976, the government created a new “Druze” curriculum in order to foster an “Israeli-Druze consciousness” focusing on cooperation between Jews and Druze and the value of compulsory military service. In the process, this education is separating the Druze from their Arab cultural and national roots and their Islamic religious identity. This is being done against the wishes of the majority of the Druze population. The separate curriculum stands at the expense of the program level and quality, which leads to a regression in achievement and accomplishment. It is clear that the Israeli educational policies imposed on the Druze community do not aim to graduate teenagers with the qualifications to pursue a dignified life with enough knowledge and competence to cope with a challenging future. Al-Juthoor’s role The Druze opponents to the described Israeli policy, especially the compulsory military service, have dedicated a lot of effort and time to organize against this policy. In 1972, they established "The Druze Initiative Committee." For historical and ideological reasons, most of them later established 'The Free Druze Covenant" in 2000. This group established the Al-Juthoor Association. Although these organizations deal with issues that seem to be particular or special to the Druze; in fact they are not. Theses issues are not and can not be only a Druze issue, but are, rather, an Arab Palestinian issue. Al-Juthoor (“Roots” in English) is a non-governmental organization formed to protect and strengthen the cultural identity of the Druze community in Israel. It seeks to preserve the Arab roots of the Druze through different cultural activities aimed at reintroducing Druze children their real indigenous culture, not those from the prescribed syllabus. The activities are also designed to preserve their basic human rights to be free from military mobilization, and to keep their national remembrance. Al-Juthoor has 42 members, including a seven-member Board. They each volunteer to preserve the cultural roots and protect the human rights of the Druze minority by challenging negative governmental policies. Al-Juthoor intends to stimulate a more active and democratic debate within the Druze community living in Israel about their identity and their role. This debate concerns the Druze’s role vis-à-vis the state as well as communal decision-making within the Druze community. In the past, the lack of such a debate has adversely affected the ability of the Druze to reach a consensus on issues such as schooling and compulsory military service. The overall aim of Al-Juthoor is to reclaim and elevate the Druze cultural heritage from its current position as a mere footnote in the dominant Israeli narrative to its proper place as a proud part of the history of the indigenous Palestinian Arab minority, while actively and constructively participating in the society in which it finds itself . Weakened Hurricane Bill moves toward Atlantic Canada

Hurricane Bill lost some strength as it bore down on Nova Scotia on Saturday, prompting the U.S. National Hurricane Center to downgrade the storm to a Category 1 hurricane. The storm's maximum sustained winds had weakened to 140 km/h, with higher gusts. Bill's hurricane-strength winds extend out 140 kilometres from its centre. At 9 p.m. AT, Bill was about 696 kilometres south-southeast of Yarmouth, N.S. The U.S. forecasting centre said further weakening is expected for Sunday as the storm moves over cooler waters. The storm will likely cut a swath as large as 750 kilometres wide, officials at the Canadian Hurricane Centre said Saturday afternoon. Tropical storm warnings were in effect for the Atlantic coastal regions of Nova Scotia, from Shelburne County to Guysborough County. Other counties in Nova Scotia were under rainfall warnings. A tropical storm warning means that sustained winds of 65 km/h are expected in those regions within the next day and implies the threat of local flooding from heavy rainfall. Guysborough County and regions of southern Cape Breton have been placed under a hurricane watch, meaning that a hurricane poses a possible threat to those areas within the next 36 hours. But officials are still taking a wait-and-see approach before forecasting specifics of when, where and how Bill might hit. "At this point, it's still not possible to give the specifics that everybody wants," said Peter Bowyer, the Canadian Hurricane Centre's program manager. "That's the nature of this business." Moving north-northeast at about 37 km/h, the storm is expected to pass south of mainland Nova Scotia on Sunday morning, move by Cape Breton Island late Sunday afternoon or evening and blow over southeastern Newfoundland late Sunday or early Monday. Buckets of rain Coastal areas of Nova Scotia can expect winds of 90 km/h, while the southeast coast of Newfoundland should prepare for winds exceeding 120 km/h, the centre said. Bowyer said the hardest-hit spots could see winds between 150 and 180 km/h, as well as buckets of rain. "All indications now are that we're probably looking at a rain event for those that get the hardest-hit rainfall amounts on the order of 100 to 150 millimetres. That could, depending on the track, be anywhere from southern New Brunswick all the way over to Newfoundland," he said. For people out at sea Sunday, he added, it's going to be "a very harsh environment." The first effects of Bill are expected to be felt along Nova Scotia's Atlantic coast on Saturday. Canadian forecasters warned that a storm surge of up to one metre, coupled with heavy surf along the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia and southern Newfoundland due to large waves of five to 10 metres, could erode shorelines, damage docks and produce dangerous rip currents. Spectators were urged to keep well back from the shoreline due to rapidly advancing waves. The coast could be a very dangerous place, Bowyer warned. "In the past, when we've talked about these kind of waves, it's almost been like a fatal attraction to people to say, 'Let's get the kids in the car and go to the coast and see the big waves.' And we don't want anybody to be doing that," he said. Emergency officials said it's a good time to take storm-season precautions, such as preparing an emergency kit with food, water and essential medications for 72 hours. To guard against flooding, municipal workers will begin sandbagging areas of Halifax at midnight Saturday night, city officials say. And the province planned to shut all provincial parks at 5 p.m. Saturday in preparation for the storm. Ramona Jennex, Nova Scotia's minister responsible for emergency preparedness, said key people would be on hand during the weekend to ensure plans are in place to deal with the storm. Getting ready New Brunswick has just come off a warm and sunny streak and has showers in the forecast for Friday and Saturday. Peter Coade, a CBC meteorologist, said people should not confuse that weather pattern with the big storm that is expected to hit the region on Sunday. "We must not think, 'Hey that wasn't too bad a storm,' because you're not going to feel it until after daybreak Sunday," Coade said. "You'll see the rain before daybreak Sunday but the wind picking up during the day." Coade said areas in southeastern New Brunswick, such as Shediac and Bouctouche, could have some soil erosion with a combination of wind and high tide on Sunday afternoon. New Brunswick's Emergency Measures Organization issued a warning Friday afternoon indicating it was still difficult to forecast how big the storm would be when it hits the province. "However, given Bill's size, significant rainfall and strong winds can be expected, especially in the southern half of the province, with the southeast corner most likely to see the strongest weather," the statement said. Many people are heeding the call to be ready. Based on Friday's forecast, Exxon Mobil has decided to evacuate workers from its offshore platform near Sable Island, off Nova Scotia's south coast. In Sydney, David Isaac secured his commercial fishing boat and gear. "One thing about a hurricane is you have to be prepared and ready — get all your stuff out of your yard, make sure everyone's secure," said Isaac. At the Charlottetown Yacht Club — one of the places in P.E.I. hardest hit by Hurricane Juan in 2003 — few sailors were taking chances. Rick Martijn bought his first boat just five weeks ago, and he said there was never any doubt that he'd pull it from the water. "I was down here right after Juan blew over, and the destruction was incredible," Martijn said. "You've got to respect the wind and the waves. If you're a sailor, you'll very much appreciate that." Grocery stores were expecting a hectic day Saturday and were stocking up on bottled water. But getting warnings out to everyone who needs them is presenting special challenges on the Island, because it is the height of tourist season. "Visitors may not be as interested in following the local media, as they are some distance from home," said Aaron Campbell, director of the P.E.I. Office of Public Safety. "So we're looking at various methods of getting this information out in whatever fashion is going to get to the most people." 'Dozens killed' in Yemen fighting and Human Situation is Going Very Critical

Clashes between government troops and Shia fighters in northern Yemen have reportedly left dozens of people dead, as conflict in the country escalates. Troops backed by tanks and aircraft launched attacks near the border with Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, a day after the government vowed it would hit the fighters with an "iron fist". Government forces fired missiles on the headquarters of Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the fighter's leader, in mountainous Saada province on Wednesday, tribal sources and fighters said. They told Al Jazeera that the army had launched air, artillery and missile attacks on the Malaheedh, Mahadher, Khafji and Hasama districts. Mohammed al-Qadhi, the foreign correspondent for Abu Dhabi's The National newspaper, told Al Jazeera there were reports of "tens or dozens killed and injured". He said "they [government forces] are launching an all-out war right now and we have heard reports from Sadaa that the military is using aircraft to attack the strongholds of the fighters and many people are fleeing. "There have been reports that the human situation is going very critical as so many people have left their houses, and this has added pressure to the camps of refugees". 'Mushrooming cancer' There are concerns fighting in Yemen could spill over into a regional conflict. Hussein Shobokshi, a Saudi columnist for the pan-Arab Asharq Alawsat newspaper, told Al Jazeera there were many factors for regional players to worry about. He said the US, which has been worried about al-Qaeda activity in Yemen, "did not pay attention to what was happening in Yemen or at the same time what's developing in Somalia". "The region as a whole is looking at a mushrooming cancer in both these countries, and things are slowly but surely getting out of hand. "Attention by the region needs to take place immediately. The Omanis, the Saudis, the Yemenis need to put a collective effort, because there is a likelihood that a spillover effect could take place." A statement from the Yemen's Supreme Security Committee said: "The state will strike these elements ... with an iron fist until they surrender themselves to justice." Saudi concerns The five-year-old battle between Yemen's Sunni-dominated government against the Shia Muslim Houthi fighters is one of a widening series of conflicts threatening to destabilise the country. Yemen, one of the poorest Arab countries, is also combating a wave of al-Qaeda attacks and rising secessionist sentiment in the south. Officials say the Houthi fighters, who belong to the Zaydi branch of Shia Islam, want to restore a form of clerical rule prevalent until the 1960s in Yemen when it was overthrown in a military coup. A government committee criticised the fighters for not abiding by an agreement to end hostilities announced by Ali Abdullah al-Saleh, the Yemeni president, in July 2008. The stability of Yemen is a crucial concern for both Saudi Arabia, which shares a border with Yemen, and the US. الحروب تبداء وتنتهي وتتكاثر وتستنسخ وتتحرك, أنها كالغذاء والدواء للأشجار و الأنسان الصحيح والعليل. هي كذلك ضرورية لرجال الأعمال ورجال الدين كحاجة تلك الفنانة للقناع وأدوات التجميل. *** كان احد الأطفال هناك يبكي, وطفل آخر يموت, والثالث جريح والبعض الآخر يلعب بألعاب الحروب لممارسة فنون القتال القديمة والحديثة واكتساب الخبرات لمواجهة المستقبل الحتمي, بينما يحمل البقية الأحجار لتدمير الحالة أو العقدة النفسية ، ويتوعدون بالانتقام قائلين: - عندما نصبح شباباً ونصبح أقوياء مثل الجبال الصخرية وكجبل الجليد الذي حطم السفينة العملاقة "التايتانك " سوف نحرر أرضنا من الصهاينة و بقية المعتوهين . *** نقسم ليس فقط برب "الإغريقي" ,ورب "السَّلتي " أننا سننتصر وسنسجل ملحمتنا. أننا نضع الخط تحت السطور ونكتب ذلك بأحرف مائلة: أن وطننا فلسطين سيظل وسيصبح أجمل أغنية وقصيدة, إننا فخورون بالدفاع عن وطننا بأرواحنا وعظامنا وعقولنا وقلوبنا. *** وطننا لا يقع في القطب الشمالي , لاتأن وتتنهد أذا اخبرتك بأن أرضنا هي "مغناطيسيتنا" وبوصلتنا, وعندما نكون في الشتات لأجئيين ونازحين نؤلف سيمفونيتها الخالدة. *** ولكن عدونا مرعوب وومهووس ومصاب بالشلل التشنجي, يستخدم كل ألأسلحة ومنها الصواريخ والدبابات والغازات الكيميائية , والمواد المخلوطة بعناصر الزرنيخ, والاحماض الكبريتية والفوسفورية وكذلك الأسلحة النووية. *** لكنه كعادته ينكر الحقائق والوقائع ويزور الأحداث بخطاباته وحيله واخلاصه لمثل هذه القضايا, أن سلامه ماهو الا استراتجيةً وتكتيكاً ودعايةً صمغيةً, أنه يقتل الاطفال والنساء وكذلك عامة الشعب, هذا شيئ ضئيل من أعماله الهزلية. *** تظهر رومانسيته عندما يستعمل الأسلحة الأوتوماتيكية ويقتل الفلاح تحت أو فوق سقفف منزله. *** ثم يحتفل بمجازره ويقول هذه ليست جرائمي إنما هي جرائم الألماني, يدعي أنه مقدس وهو المختار والعالى على بقية ألأجناس البشرية من قيبل رب الساميين, ويتهم من يعارضه أو يقّيمه بمعاداة السامية, التي هي وتيرته المبهمة. *** هل الله خلق البشر وفي حسه وذهنه وعقله هم سواسية في الحقوق والوجبات ؟ هل الله واقعي ودقيق وعلمي؟ أم هو فقط متهكم وعنصري يبغض الأخرين من ألأجناس الحمراء والفحمية واللا سامية و الوثنية أو غير المنتمية لليهودية؟. *** و أثناء الحروب والحصارات اللانهائية تلوثت وتعفنت أجسامنا وأرواحنا, الأطفال والشيوخ قتلهم من يدعى العلووالسمو, قتل المسعفين والأطباء والدبلوماسيين. *** وعندما تسأل الجنود يجيبوك باكين ويقولون :- أن قادتهم أمروهم للذهاب الى نزهة قصيرة لصيد وأكل النفس والجسد العضوي, ومن أجل الحصول على الكنوز قبل أن تأتي البقرة الحمراء البركانية. *** إن القادة مغفلون وجبناء يأمرون الجنود باستعمال الغازات السامة والخانقة لقتل فرق التبشير ومبعوثي الامم المتحدة و الأطفال من أجل حماية العناكب, إنهم يريدون كل شيء أن يبقى ساكناً, ولكن العلوم ومنها الأحصاء تشير أن كل شيئ مازال وسيبقي متحركاً. *** إن الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن هما منظمات رومانسية لا يعيلا اهتمام للأمم الضعيفة ولا يعاملون الأمم بشكلاً متساو وليسوا مهتمين بالغلو الاممي، إن الحرب بالنسبة لهم هي شيء جميل ففيها المال والراحة والجمال ونزهة وتصريحات ضد الإرهاب المبهم والمطاط والمرن. *** الجامعة العربية ما هي إلا قوقعة فارغة من عوامل الحياة الداخلية والخارجية, فصفير الرياح برماله يجعلها تحدث صوت ضعيف ومخزي ومهلوس, حيث تركت الأطفال يموتون من الجوع والعطش وأنعدام الدواء. *** المؤسسات الدينية بفرقها المختلفة مهتمون بالانبياء والرسل السابقين ويهيمون ويهللون ويتعبدون من اجل قدوم المنتظر, الممثل في الميم والمقلد ,( م- M) . ويتاّمرون ضد الحضارات منذ ماقبل العصر الفرعوني وحتي حقبة الحضارة الأمريكية المرتدية للسترة القصيرة أن الفضائح ليست مقتصرة على رجال الدين الكاثوليك, فكلهم يساندوا العبودية والقهر والظلم وتعدد الزوجات والعشيقات, وينصحون في زواج القاصرات سناً لأنهم على حسب رائ "رجال الدين" فيهم الفيتامين والاحماض الحيوية. هذا شيئ قليل مما يفعلونه! لايبدو أنه شيئ من عند الله مثالي وأخلاقي, ولاتبدوا منه أو فيه جدوة اقتصادية أو منطقية, وأنماء يتنفى مع مبدى العقل والمنطق. *** إن الأرض المقدسة يجب أن تكون أرضاً أفلاطونيةً وجمهوريةً فاضلةً, هذا هو المنطق, بالرغم من أنهم يأخذون السلام كشكل من أشكال الصوت والكلام المجرد من محتواه، إن السلام يجب أن يكون صورة ذات صوت حيوي يعمل كخلية ضوئية ذات طاقة منتظمة ومستمرة ومتوازنة. *** أدفعوا بأنفسكم جميعاً من أجل وقف الحرب وقتل الملائكة في كل منزل وعيادة ومستوصف, أنهوا الفوضئ بكافة أشكالها, وكونوا منطقيين وواقعيين, لاتسخر مني عندما أقول لك أن الأرض المقدسة "فلسطين" ارض وقضية جوهرية, ومع ذلك يبدو انك غير ناضج!, ولاتسمع مايقال لك من العامة, ولاتسمع أو ترقص الأ على موسيقاك, وتضرب بالحديد لترقص على رناته وأنغامه كمدمن الشرا ب المسكر. *** إذا كانت المدن الأرضية والملاجئ تحمي المهاجرين الغير شرعيين والمستوطنين التابعبن لك, فمثائلها عندي لحماية شعبي صاحب الأرض والارث الحقيقي لهذه القطعة الصغيرة الحجم ," فلسطين" من عدونيتك, ومن أجل نقل الطعام والثوم، أعرف أن رائحته لاتعجبك وتضايقك وتفزعك, لأنك مجنون وغريب ألأطوار والمنشاء.

حرب بالوكالة تقودها السلطة العسكرية اليمنية ضدالشعب اليمني بجميع أطيافه

كشفت تقارير صحافية عن مشاركة فعلية لمسلحين متشددين ينتمون إلى “السلفية الجهادية” في الحرب التي تشنها القوات الحكومية والمسلحين القبائل ضد جماعة الحوثي في صعدة وحرف سفيان فيما يعرف بالحرب السادسة على صعدة التي انفجرت في العاشر من الشهر الجاري ولا تزال مرشحة للاتساع الجغرافي والاجتماعي بصورة غير مسبوقة, وكانت تقارير صحافية قد تحدثت قبل اندلاع الحرب الأخيرة عن مجاميع أصولية ومليشيات حزبية تتجمع في محافظة الجوف بكامل أسلحتها المتوسطة والثقيلة على اثر خلاف دام بين مواليين للجماعة الحوثي وآخرين ينتمون إلى حزب التجمع اليمني للإصلاح في المنطقة حول إمامة مسجد آل الوزير في مديرية الزاهر خلف عدد من القتلى والجرحى قبل تدخل وساطة قبلية لإجراء صلح هش بين الطرفي ما لبث أن تجدد تحت عنوان مواجهة تمدد الحوثي إلى الجوف ولكن هذه المرة باسم قبائل دهم. يشار الى ان النسيج الاجتماعي والمذهبي في صعدة والجوف قد ظل حائلا دون اختراق القاعدة لهذه المحافظات الحدودية والمتداخلة اجتماعيا مع قبائل واسر سعودية في امارة نجران ومحيطها وكان حادث اختطاف وقتل اجانب يعملون في المستشفى الجمهوري بصعدة قد كشف وجود معسكر للمجاهدين في منطقة وائلة التابعة لمحافظة صعدة والمحاددة للسعودية. وذكرت احدى الصحف المقربة من السلطة ان كل من ياسر عبالة الوائلي وصالح التيس واخيه علي التيس المعروفين بعلاقتهم بالجماعات الجهادية في وائلة قد يكون لهم علاقة بجريمة الاختطاف والقتل للالمان غير ان دوائر في السلطة سارعت الى اتهام جماعة الحوثي وكفت عن ملاحقة خيوط الجريمة لدى بقية الاطراف المشتبه بها بل ورفض فرضية العمل الارهابي في عملية الاختطاف منذ البداية وهو ما اغضب المحققين الالمان ودوائر استخباراته اخرى. وفي تطور خطير لما يعرف بالحرب السادسة على صعدة نشر موقعي نيوز يمن والصحوة نت عن اشتباكات مزعومة بين سلفيين وحوثيين في صعدة على خلفية صلاة التراويح وهو ما نفاه الحوثي واعتبره محاولة غير حميد ة لتحويل الحرب الدائرة مع السلطة إلى حرب طائفية ممقوته. وكانت قناة السعيدة قد بثت تقريرا مصورا عن الصراع بين قبيلتي حاشد وسفيان عشية الحرب الاخيرة ضمنته مقابلات صحافية مع مسلحين جهاديين قالوا بأنهم ينتظرون المنازلة مع من أسموهم “الروافض” الحوثيين، وهو مصطلح يستخدمه تنظيم القاعدة وغيره من الجهاديين السلفيين لتكفير الشيعة وجواز قتلهم ومحاربتهم باسم العقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة. وكانت عدة دوائر حكومية أمريكية قد أبدت مؤخرا مخاوفها من احتمال تنامي قوة تنظيم القاعدة في اليمن, وتزايد أنشطتها الإرهابية الآخذة في التصاعد في أماكن متفرقة من اليمن محذرة الحكومة اليمنية من زجهم في الحرب الدائرة في صعدة وكشفت تلك الدوائر ضعف الجهود اليمنية تجاه تحجيم ذلك التنامي في أنشطة وتدريبات القاعدة في اليمن مما يزيد من تنامي القلق الأمريكي حول تزايد قوة تنظيم القاعدة وتوسع أنشطتها وتدريباتها في البلد. وقالت بان ” على الحكومة اليمنية القيام باجراءآت أكثر قوة تجاه تحجيم التواجد القاعدي في اليمن ، والعمل على تحسين تبادل المعلومات الاستخباراتية بين البلدين. وفي زيارة السناتور الامريكي والمرشح الرئاسي السابق جون ماكين الى اليمن حمل معه ملف تنظيم القاعدة والجماعات الارهابية في اليمن وامكانية تسرب مقاتلين جدد الى اليمن من العراق وافغانستان عبر الصومال ،رافضا وضع الحرب في صعدة ضمن الحرب العالمية على الارهاب. من جانبه أشار مستشار مكافحة الإرهاب في وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية السيد “ شاري فيلا روسا”:” أن الحالة الأمنية في اليمن قد تدهورت بشكل كبيرا جدا، وأضاف: “ إن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تريد مساعدة اليمن، لأننا لا نريد أن تصبح اليمن أفغانستان جديد- حسب قوله- مؤكدا على :”أن القاعدة تدرب و تخطط لأعمال إرهابية في اليمن و تنفذها عندنا” -حسب وصفه. وقال التقرير أن أفراد من تنظيم القاعدة من اليمن و السعودية قد شكلوا تنظيما مشتركا أسموه” تنظيم القاعدة في جزيرة العرب”. وحذر سابقا خبراء- ما يوصف بالإرهاب- من ا انتقال رجال من القاعدة من المناطق الحدودية الباكستانية الأفغانية إلى اليمن ، غير أن مصادر في الأجهزة الأمنية في اليمن نفت صحة تلك الأنباء. عن الاشتراكي

محاكمة سبعين شخصا بتهمة الاشتراك في جرائم ضد الفلسطنيين

وكالات + الجزيرة : أعلنت مجموعة من المحامين والمنظمات الحقوقية في جنوب أفريقيا رفع دعوى لدى هيئة الادعاء العام تطالب بمحاكمة سبعين شخصا من جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا بتهمة تعاونهم مع الجيش الإسرائيلي أثناء عدوانه الأخير على قطاع غزة. وقال مراسل الجزيرة في جوهانسبرغ أحمد فال ولد الدين إن الدعوى سلمت إلى الادعاء الوطني بجنوب أفريقيا، مشيرا إلى أنها مرفقة بأدلة من ثلاثة آلاف وخمسمائة صفحة بينها أدلة أعدتها منظمات مثل هيومن رايتس بشأن العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة في أواخر ديسمبر/كانون الأول وأوائل يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي إضافة إلى آلاف الصور. وأكد المراسل أن مقدمي الدعوى يطالبون باعتقال الأشخاص السبعين بدعوى تقديمهم المساعدة لإسرائيل أثناء عدوانها على غزة، ويعبرون عن الأمل في أن تنحي جنوب أفريقيا مصالحها السياسية جانبا وتنتصر لصوت الضمير والحق من خلال إثبات أن لا أحد يستطيع الهرب من قبضة العدالة. ويقود الحملة السياسي اليهودي المعروف بانتقاداته لإسرائيل روني كاسريلز لحمل حكومة جنوب أفريقيا وهيئة الادعاء الوطني على إجراء المحاكمة داخل البلاد. وقال كاسريلز في مؤتمر صحفي الأربعاء الماضي إن "الأدلة التي جمعت من شهود عيان ومن المصابين وكذلك من الأمم المتحدة ومن تقارير تحقيق أخرى توفر أدلة حاسمة بأن الإسرائيليين ارتكبوا جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية".

وكالات: تم فتح حساب برقم(3) في جميع البنوك اليمنية لاستقبال التبرعات للنازحين جراء قصف الطائرات والمواجهات في قرى واسوق ومزارع صعدة وحرف سفيان. الا أن حقيقتة لنهب واستنزاف المواطنيين والتجار واشراكهم في جرئم الحرب.

Its like the same day, over and over, again and again. During the last war, Saleh released several convicted terrorists from jail on the condition that they go to fight in Sa’ada, but some ran away instead. Among the most repetitive reports since 2005 regarding the Sa’ada War and al Qaeda have been those of hardened terrorists training the tribal militias. Some foreign al-Qaeda always managed to show up for the prior Sa’ada wars to fight on behalf of the state. Mercenaries is a more apt term. This time they started congregating before the war even broke out. Saleh whistled apparently. The article mentions the discovery of the terror training camp during the international search for the missing foreigners in June, but omits that the camp was actually an “abandoned” military facility. The surprising thing was that they only discovered one. If you want to find terrorists training in Yemen, start looking by at the military camps. Multi-tasking we can call it, perhaps sub-letting. The question has always been, what is the quid pro quo? Beyond the obvious transit of jihaddis of all nationalities from Yemen to Iraq, the money laundering, criminal facilitiation and the free flow of goods and services to Somalia, what else is al Qaeda getting? On a less controversial note and previously discussed in context of the southern protests, the internationalization of any conflict in Yemen under the banner of jihad poses the serious threat in drawing foreign fighters considering the Yemeni environment is so hospitable. However the Yemeni government is the one defining the conflict(s) in terms of apostasy and providing the hospitable environment. And this war, this time, everything is bigger.
