As your Excellency night know that I am a dilemma since get my Ph.D. in agricultural science in November 1995 (with specialty in crop production), and my tragedy has been more complicated when I happily answered a request published by Sana'a University in Al Thowrah Newspaper, issue No.11696 dated 19 November 1996, for all qualified and capable Yemenis to join its teaching staff Assistance Teacher. On my capacity as one whose qualifications, capabilities and skills surpass the conditions of acceptance.

I am still waiting for the answer although I repeatedly visit the offices of the concerned personnel but no answer whether positive or negative. I turned some times to think that as if I was qualified to constantly visit the offices of those responsible. What I regrets I regret from your Excellency that you give my care what it deserves of your generous attention and decide whether a person like deserve such postponements and delays, which I started to believe that it is intended to make me give up and leave my country and leave the others make use of my knowledge and skills instead of my own people.

I also regret your Excellency to advise me what to do or direct the concerned parties to make action in my care and recruit me immediately and if your Excellency wash you can order that the one, who caused my agony be questioned so that such a care may not be repeated with another citizen and I am sure that you are qualified for that and an example in faithfulness that should be followed.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO WRITE?

First of all, I would like to quote on quote that: "The pen is mightier than the sword”, which is a Metonymic adage that was created by an English author Edward Bulwer Lyton in 1839 to mean that communication in the form of written language to cause some understandings, have some forms of command that can encourage independent press, is a more powerful mental weapon rather than direct violence.

The importance and reasons for my writing is to enlighten people in order to understand the virtues of human dignity, freedoms and rights.

HOW LONG TO WRITE:

I wrote this book in thirteen years for the first book and seven years for the second book. Why did it take me that long? I had to do a lot of research with some quantitative analysis while evading consequences of Middle East attention. In other words, I had to exercise maximum discretion.

CHOOSE ISSUES

The issues that I have chosen were messages (in the chapter 2 of Terrorism, the Origin and the sources) to world leaders to stand against crimes committed by the Israel government against Palestinians. There was a specific letter that I intended for President Obama to release black people in Yemen from slavery.

OFFER THOUGHT PROVOKING APPROACHES GET US INVOLVED

Through media and economic sanctions from the western civilization could help in alleviating the fates of those victims of ancient to modern slavery in north Yemen. Why should the western governments take drastic actions against North Yemen? It is because the blacks in North Yemen are treated very inhumane manners. I wanted to let the world know that the American slave descendants are much better than North Yemen slave descendants. The scenario in North Yemen against the black Yemenis is that they are denied formal education, no jobs, treated as second class citizens and they do not have any hope for future.

THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ROOSTER AND THE SEA

On page 142 depicts the escape of the Yemen president (Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi) from the Houthees (Iranian backed rebels). After President Hadi’s brief refuge to Saudi Arabia, he decided to come back to Yemen in order to give hope to the people of Yemen. President Hadi has succeeded to bring Yemenis together in fighting against the Houthees.

The fables are meant to vilify the authorities that created false heroes, which ended in their demise. For example the late president of Iraq who surrounded himself with generals that did not fight the second gulf war to the end. Moreover, terrorism is sponsored by political and religious fundamentalists in order to continue oppressing the weak citizens who do not know their human rights and freedoms.

Nationalization is an identity for a people who have common history or race. This is compounded by marriage and family, but essentially marriages are reinforced by love and beauty. The latter emotions are deeper than the surface because beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Whereas love breaks all boundaries of race, nationality and religion.

WHAT BOOK DESIGNED TO DO  UNCOVER TRUTH

AN INTELLECTUAL THOUGHT PROVOKING APPROACH TO DEPICT THE HIDDEN CARICATURES OF THE REPRESSIVE REGIMES OF THE WORLD   EXAMPLES

The thought provoking approaches in depicting some hidden caricatures of the repressive regimes are the military regimes who use violence, intimidation by police brutality and corruption. However, those regimes are supported by the western countries in the forms of supplying arms and economic development funds. Thus, the developed world have their hands in whatever violates human rights in those developing countries.

THE SONG OF SARKOZY AND MINE DISCUSS

This short chapter uncovers the secret assassinations of two French ladies in Yemen together with the assassination of the president of Yemen, Ibrahim Al Hamdi in 1976. Also, the Martyrs of the revolution of the 15^th, October 1978 in Yemen. Both cases were hidden by the government of north Yemen.

NEW THEORY AND THE ADVISORY OPINION FROM DR M T MANSOURI  PH D.

This is a social and ethical conceptions of the people of Yemen with regards to use of narcotics (Khat), which they use for suppressing their stressors of life due to economic hardships that is felt by majority of the impoverished masses. I attempted to advise the Yemeni masses to ban use of narcotics that increases crime amongst the destitute youth population who are easily manipulated by political and religious elites in committing crimes. Moreover, this advisory opinion is to help the western civilisation to understand the unknown secrets of the people of Yemen or some Middle Eastern countries and vice versus.

THE SHIP OF FAITH AND DREAMS (the recommendations of the rooster and the sea page 148)

This is the hypothetical ship (country) in which the people of Arabia have faith in fulfilling their dreams. However, billionaires in these countries who feel insecure have the tendencies of brainwashing the youth who do not see any future by indoctrinating them into acts of terrorism. The questions to ponder about these hidden hands are what benefits their motives? The conceptions are varied. (1) By cultivating terrorism, there will be a big catches of arms deals between the Arabian countries and the Western countries. (2) There are more economic aid allocated to the affected countries. (3) The state of Israel feels the threats from their neighborhoods.

WHAT ARE A FEW OF THE IDEAS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS

I would like to discuss ideas on page 23 of the Recommendations of the Rooster and the Sea. This page describes the invisible sexual beings. These groups are the secret societies that are hidden in holy places such as those priests in the catholic churches. However, there are more spiritual powers that exist and haunts its victims. For example the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people have laws that are not supported in most developing countries who are forced by the western countries to accept in exchange for economic aid.

 TERORISM THE ORIGIN AND THE SOURCES

In regards to the LGBT laws and economic aid for developing countries, Terrorism the origin and the sources indoctrinates the youth into fighting and dying as Jihadist, but with a promise of marriage to twelve virgins in heaven. However, the Vatican and other Christian denominations seem to accept same sex marriages, which are counter divinely.

WHY WRITE

I wrote these books in order to enlighten people about the dynamics of extremes of our belief systems that seem to be affecting humanity in diversity.

WARN OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE PRESENT AND PREDICT THE FUTURE

The consequences of the present phenomenon could predict a more dangerous and disastrous future because of the following reasons:

1. The west continues to play roles in supplying weapons to developing countries who descend into destructive warfare. The weapons supplied to developing countries will only strengthen terrorism because they are capable of accessing sophisticated weapons from the arms race.
2. More destructions in developing countries could have counterproductive consequences against the economies of the western civilization
3. Both national and international security will be at stake in developed or developing world.
4. There will be more terrorism because most countries will be impoverished due to wars and economic instabilities. Therefore, curbing terrorism will cost the western countries billions of dollars to pay for the cost of destructions and technologies in countering terrorism. For example, the first Trinity is the Trinity of Palestine depicts them as their own enemies because they are divided into groups. Second trinity is the Arab world has bad influence on the Palestinians because they divided them according to their regional interests. Every Arab country uses Palestine as excuse for Arab unification. And the third Trinity is the peace that is used as a mask for the Israeli government to steal Palestinian land and build for themselves.

Subject: Claim for recovering the properties of late Haj Salam Saeed Saleh Abdulla Shalab, which consist of one house located in section F, street No (10) at Crater Aden, three houses in section B , street No. (6) at Al-Sheikh Osman and a piece of land No. (663) at Dar Saa'd (previously Dar Al-Amir).

Your Excellency, we appeal to you to direct the concerned party, who will enable us to recover what has been extorted unjustly and offensively. We are claiming to recover our property, which consist of one house located in section F, street No. (10) at crater under the ownership No. (1671), and three houses at section b, Street No. (6) at Al-Sheikh Osman, under the ownership No. (5191), (5192) and (5195) and the piece of land No. (663) at Dar Saa'd (previously Dar Al-Amir), under the owner No. (H-762). All these properties were owned before by Al Haj Salam Saeed Saleh Abdulla Shalab. We have no doubt that your Excellency will take positive action, which will enable us to recover our rights as soon as possible, because we live in a rented house and our financial conditions do not allow any postponement or delay.
We pray for God to keep you up for enforcement of rights and suppressing the injustice and extend your life.

Please review the attached claim and take the necessary actions according to jurisdiction.

Therefore we refer this claim for your review its priorities and documents submitted by them and then take the necessary action according to the rules and law followed in such cases.

The commissioner of Aden refereed the direction of vice president to the engineer Salam Al-Haj to review the attached claim and take the necessary actions based on the directions of vice president. When I want to Aden Governorate on June 21, 1997, the officials denied receiving any information about our claim and after discussion, waiting, explanation of my purpose etc. They went to the secret archives and brought to me the No. of my file (152). On June 19, 1997, the same situation and the same dialogue were with the officials in regards to the president letter firstly, they denied receiving any papers, but the recognized receiving it on March 22, 1997. I would like to remain that I got the signatures of officials in between guns, securities soldiers, spies, as well as with their translation and taking them out of the previous home land.

During my working for Qatar University and before my immigration to Canada, I had an occasion to meet His Excellency the Chairman of the House of Representative in Doha Qatar, on April 16th , 2000. and I handed him my letter with documents. The letter has been changed, because problems are in increasing.

What Happened? Of course, nothing as usual.

I left Qatar to Poland for few days, later to Germany for one month in order to participate in scientific conference, which was held in Hamburg City in 2000 as well as for training. Month later I left Germany to go to Poland to wait for Canadian Permanent residence documents. In December, 2000, I arrived in Canada. and I started struggling in different directions with the past, present and future.

Is Aden really a free Zone? Is Yemen also a real state? Is the governor a governor or something else? Is there any God in Yemen? Who answers this question should get a Noble Prize. I think God is able to answer the questions.

Crocodile Tears

Crocodile tears are wounds and feelings of hypocrites.

Palm forests, the Sadr forests, nature and mosques are the historical sites.

Searching for words in encyclopaedias and dictionaries may help in identifying the consequences of ignorance of deliberate hate for knowledge.

The clash of elephants and the buffalos in African bushes helps us to understand how precious life is. There is no pretense of not knowing lurking dangers in the vicinities.

Crocodile tears, sadness, joy and a desires to harm others at the expenses of sacrifices determine our values.

Valleys, rivers, mountains, and a variety of terrain determine our emotions.

Crocodile tears, blood and pain in the fields of the earth attract scorn.

Myths, legends and the time of the Prophet Yuns are defined by faith.

So war is forbidden, whether it is in Al-Musalla or in Al-Mafalis (regions in Yemen).

The tears of the crocodiles are distinguished from the myriad of human hypocrisy. So jumped and bounce gain fatigue in order to have full rest.

Wall of silence

Wall of silence is a bundle of fastened areas where griefs are relieved.

Wreaths of wailing eyes on coffee fields similar to oil fields.

Soldiers, War, and Adjustment Times are fading.
