Neighboring country, Uzbekistan, doesn't want to.

Violence is taking its toll on civilians, particularly the ethnic Uzbek population, living in Kyrgyzstan. Now we're hearing that the country may give way to looting, arson and waves of ethnic violence once again.

We can't shake the distressing sight of more than 100 "S.O.S" messages that were painted in massive letters across the country's roads and sports fields in June[1]. Actions taken by truly desperate people who felt their only hope was to be seen by our satellite images captured from space.

We were able to expose their cries for help because we had the resources necessary to keep our eyes on the ground. With your support, we can continue our work to monitor and report back human rights abuses taking place in Kyrgyzstan. Danger inside.

As chaos was erupting inside Kyrgyzstan, terror was taking hold of those who ventured outside the country.

At least 100,000 people made the difficult journey from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan. However, before stability had even been restored to the streets, Uzbekistani authorities were forcing civilians to go back to where they came from – the danger zone.

An Uzbek refugee told Amnesty International: "Many of us don't want to go, we fear for our lives, but we have no choice."

Thousands remain trapped in limbo – stuck between the lives they lost and the rights they continue to lose.

But you can help stop the impunity. Those who abused their power during this time of crisis deserve to be brought to justice.

As your Excellency night know that I am a dilemma since get my Ph.D. in agricultural science in November 1995 (with specialty in crop production), and my tragedy has been more complicated when I happily answered a request published by Sana'a University in Al Thowrah Newspaper, issue No.11696 dated 19 November 1996, for all qualified and capable Yemenis to join its teaching staff Assistance Teacher. On my capacity as one whose qualifications, capabilities and skills surpass the conditions of acceptance.

I am still waiting for the answer although I repeatedly visit the offices of the concerned personnel but no answer whether positive or negative. I turned some times to think that as if I was qualified to constantly visit the offices of those responsible. What I regrets I regret from your Excellency that you give my care what it deserves of your generous attention and decide whether a person like deserve such postponements and delays, which I started to believe that it is intended to make me give up and leave my country and leave the others make use of my knowledge and skills instead of my own people.

I also regret your Excellency to advise me what to do or direct the concerned parties to make action in my care and recruit me immediately and if your Excellency wash you can order that the one, who caused my agony be questioned so that such a care may not be repeated with another citizen and I am sure that you are qualified for that and an example in faithfulness that should be followed.

With this request I hope that your Excellency will be the last one whom I knock his office door and I pray for God to bless you and increase your example and stay as a treasure for this country.

A Summary of Amnesty International's Findings

Sexual violence against Indigenous women in the USA is widespread -- and especially brutal. According to US government statistics, Native American and Alaska Native women are more than 2.5 times more likely to be raped or sexually assaulted than other women in the USA. Some Indigenous women interviewed by Amnesty International said they didn’t know anyone in their community who had not experienced sexual violence. Though rape is always an act of violence, there is evidence that Indigenous women are more like than other women to suffer additional violence at the hands of their attackers. According to the US Department of Justice, in at least 86 per cent of the reported cases of rape or sexual assault against American Indian and Alaska Native women, survivors report that the perpetrators are non-Native men.

Sexual violence against Indigenous women is the result of a number of factors including a history of widespread and egregious human rights violations against Indigenous peoples in the USA. Indigenous women were raped by settlers and soldiers in many infamous episodes including during the Trail of Tears and the Long Walk. Such attacks were not random or individual; they were tools of conquest and colonization. The underlying attitudes towards Indigenous peoples that supported these human rights violations committed against them continue to be present in society and culture in the USA. They contribute to the present high rates of sexual violence perpetrated against Indigenous women and help to shield their attackers from justice.

Treaties, the US Constitution and federal law affirm a unique political and legal relationship between federally recognized tribal nations and the federal government. There are more than 550 federally recognized American Indian and Alaska Native tribes in the USA. Federally recognized Indian tribes are sovereign under US law, with jurisdiction over their citizens and land and maintaining government to government relationships with each other and with the US federal government. The federal government has a legal responsibility to ensure protection of the rights and well-being of Native American and Alaska Native peoples. The federal government has a unique legal relationship to the tribal nations that includes a trust responsibility to assist tribal governments in safeguarding the lives of Indian women.

Tribal law enforcement agencies are chronically under-funded – federal and state governments provide significantly fewer resources for law enforcement on tribal land than are provided for comparable non-Native communities. The lack of appropriate training in all police forces -- federal, state and tribal -- also undermines survivors’ right to justice. Many officers don’t have the skills to ensure a full and accurate crime report. Survivors of sexual violence are not guaranteed access to adequate and timely sexual assault forensic examinations which is caused in part by the federal government’s severe under-funding of the Indian Health Service.

The Federal Government has also undermined the authority of tribal governments to respond to crimes committed on tribal land. Women who come forward to report sexual violence are caught in a jurisdictional maze that federal, state and tribal police often cannot quickly sort out. Three justice systems -- tribal, state and federal -- are potentially involved in responding to sexual violence against Indigenous women. Three main factors determine which of these justice systems has authority to prosecute such crimes:
- whether the victim is a member of a federally recognized tribe or not;
- whether the accused is a member of a federally recognized tribe or not; and
- whether the offence took place on tribal land or not.

The answers to these questions are often not self-evident and there can be significant delays while police, lawyers and courts establish who has jurisdiction over a particular crime. The result can be such confusion and uncertainty that no one intervenes and survivors of sexual violence are denied access to justice.

All signals point to this new radio and communication workshop! The invention of the radio was monumental in communicating long distances, broadcasting news, and providing entertainment. Series for Adults: Preserves

In the past, as summer wound down, rural families would spend their days not at the beach, but busily preparing for the winter instead. Learn the valuable art of preserving garden vegetables, and then apply it to your preserving endeavours at home. The workshop takes place Saturday, August 28 and is open to participants 14 years and up.

Group ©. works to Iraqi former regime supporters who act from Yemen. The representatives and the ideological advisors of this group work with the late tribal leader Mr. Mojahid Abo-Shawarb and his relatives.

The represented of Al-Hadad’s family in Texas is Mr. Abdul Hakim Naji Abdulla Al-Hadad, and in Canada Mr. Al-Harwi , who works for Islamic Centers of Ottawa as well as for radical Islamic movements of the Saudi Arabia a round the world.

(f). Amman’s Family is a group that act from Canada (Kanata- Ontario). It is represented by Mr. Farouk Amman and his wife, who works for Canadian Ministry of Defense. This group characterized by racism, dishonest work, discrimination, and gaps in Canadian national and international systems due to their acceptance to hide the crime of Yemenite regime (Islamic and non-Islamic). It duplicates the Canadian administrational members of communities, establishments, and organizations into former Jewish of African or Eastern European countries or the Middle East Jewish or Christian and non-Christian groups of beliefs to hide its crimes and illegal activities locally and internationally.

Caught in an illusion spun by pride the pinnacle of arrogance was displayed on 14 May 1948 when Israel crowned itself a nation. Historic record discloses these people who cried out that the blood of their Messiah be upon their own heads and that of their children. Bring forth a declaration that these same persons would fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles until such a time that God would restore them. Herein rests a question posit beyond the arguments of comparative religions, theology or right and wrong. Rather, we raise the question asserted by Pontus Pilot in 33 A.D., “What is truth?”

Philosophical giants throughout the ages, those who have dedicated their lives to a study of the constructs of reason and mystics have all attempted to apprehend correct discourse and embrace of this illusive notion. Wherein, truthfulness in reporting can be seen to demonstrate spin issuing forth torrent rivers of opinion employed to drive reason from our minds and realization of the truthfulness of former George W. Bush White House personality Karl Rove, wherein he stated that he crafted reality while the rest of us looked on. Let us therefore choose to agree upon this single premise, “That Truth is truth and it can stand by itself without being dressed up. Because when you dress up the truth you have turned it into something else.”

Harmony expressed in writing expresses interaction with nature, other men and provides sensibility in the experiences of life where it’s functionally requires that truth be its own immutable reality. Truth being conceptualized in aforementioned context by necessity is then conformed to experience, facts and actual existence whether it be visible, invisible or beyond the grasps of our humanity. Neumann, Jr. to derive our structure, strategy and style to assets the political aspiration framing the policy espoused by Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, “Our race is the Master Race, we are divine gods on this planet, as different from the inferior races as they are from insects, compared to our race, other races are beasts and animals, cattle at best.
